      I was gonna get phones from them when they came I called an found out there was a 2 year contract so I never opened the phone an sent them back. Two weeks later they sent two more phones. I called multiple times an they finally admitted to sending them by accident so I finally got them the send me return labels I sent them back. A month later they send me a **** for phone service I've contacted 15 plus times an always talk to someone different an explain that I returned the phones they even showed confirmation they received them an would take care of the problem. Well they haven't they continue to **** me each month even though I tell them I don't have the phones. I never took them out of the box. I need help an don't know what to do.

      Dear Sir/Madam:

      This ****** is in response to the above-referenced complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau by ************************* regarding Xfinity Mobile service.

      Our records indicate Ms. ****** placed a Xfinity Mobile order on February 10, 2022,for two ******** one 5G ace devices and they were delivered on February 15,2022. On February 18, 2022, Ms. ****** contacted Xfinity Mobile to cancel her new lines of service within the 14-days allowed from the shipped date. Due to a system error, Ms. ****** return was processed as an exchange, and she received 2 additional ******** 5G ace devices, which were delivered on February 22, 2022.On March 3, 2022, Ms. ***** contacted our care teams to dispute two separate charges processed due to a restocking fee for both devices on the original order. On the same day, three refunds were processed for the two restocking fees, the original device order, and an additional credit for Ms. ****** first billing statement February 17, 2022, through March 16, 2022. Thereafter, Ms.***** was billed invalid billing statements for March 17, 2022, April 17, 2022,May 17, 2022, and June 17, 2022. On April 29, 2022, Ms. ****** was provided two credits for her February 17, 2022 and March 17, 2022 statements by our back-end teams due to the two exchanged devices being returned. Although, Ms. ****** account should have been cancelled when the last 2 devices had been returned on March 23, 2022, our system did not complete the exchange orders causing Ms. ****** to be billed continuous monthly statements for April 17, 2022, May 17, 2022, and June 17, 2022.

      On August 2, 2022, I spoke with Ms. ****** and advised her of the above-aforementioned information. I applied an immediate credit to each billing statement billed from April 17, 2022 through July 16, 2022 and accelerated the two device payments and credited them off her account reflecting on her July 16, 2022 through August 15, *************************** ****** Xfinity Mobile account has been cancelled, and she will no longer receive any further billing statements. I apologize for any inconvenience experienced while attempting to resolve this matter.
