      Sadly, the second cleaning we had from this company was atrocious. When the 2 people arrived, I showed them around the condo and then went outside to allow them the space to do their work. None of the surfaces in the kitchen or the bedrooms were truly cleaned, they merely ran a duster over them and didn’t wipe down the tops. Also in one bedroom, the bottom of the dresser was left covered in dust and powder. The backsplash in the kitchen was not touched at all and the floors were still dirty. Also the two large area rugs in the living room and the dining room were never vacuumed at all.
      As the cleaners left, my parents returned home and that is when I came
      Inside. I noticed the dust immediately and then heard my 75 year old mother yelling in her bedroom, she was very upset that basically nothing was cleaned.
      I walked the cleaners through the condo when they arrived and explained what didn’t need to be touched (these were shelves with breakable items on them) and then showed them the bedrooms and bathrooms.
      I called the owner to advise her of the situation and she made a few excuses and then said they could return in a few days. As it’s very close to the holiday and my mother’s two upcoming surgeries, I told her that wasn’t possible and this was the only day we could fit it in. She offered no other option and I told her we wouldn’t pay for a service that wasn’t performed at all. She told me she has to pay her employees for their time and I didn’t argue I told her I wouldn’t be paying.
      4 hours later she sent me a bill for the full price.
      This is so sad because the initial cleaning we had, which I had to pay in advance for was better and the owner came herself. I can’t imagine what other people are experiencing but we will not hire them again.
