    I purchased a laser hair removal package for my upper lip, areolas, stomach, full brazilian, arms, armpits, upper legs, and lower legs. (I obviously spent a lot of money on this - something I've been wanting to get done for nearly my whole life.) When I first called, they told me they didn't have availability for another six weeks and would need to break up my service into multiple visits. I scheduled with another business (and cheaper) for a SINGLE visit to get all of the above areas done. This place called me back and said they could squeeze me in as long as I broke the treated areas into multiple appointments. Unfortunately, I agreed. I've had one session for each of the areas when I need to move my upcoming appointment. They tell me their next available appointment is again six weeks out. I said that I would prefer to go somewhere else that is able to accommodate my scheduling needs because I've never had to schedule around a business' schedule like they were asking me to do. I'm also incredibly busy, but I would like to get these services done, I've been wanting this for a very long time. The owner was rude, defensive, and condescending over the phone, calling me "honey" and "my darling" even after I asked her to stop. She ended up hanging up on me, refusing a refund, and refusing to service future appointments. I would like a refund for my unused services and to take my business to a place where they aim for quality over quantity and don't treat their customers like packed sardines in a factory.

    I love helping people feel their best, which is why I opened a business to do just that. Like all other businesses, I have contracts outlining our services and policies, including fees for missed appointments. We welcome potential customers to shop around before purchasing our services.

    *** **** signed the service contract at our Medical SPand made an appointment for her first treatment. She missed that appointment without notice. As a courtesy, I waived the $75 cancellation fee (a contracted policy that was also verbally shared when signing onto our services). She then scheduled another appointment and called a few days before the appointment to move the time out by a couple of hours. Being a successful spa, we didn't have that time available. I offered her other days and said that we could call her anytime we may receive a cancellation. *** **** began raising her voice and threatening me, and I was forced to end the phone conversation after it continued for some time.

    *** **** was aware of our prices upon buying the package. I would be happy to help her with the services she purchased and welcome her to make an appointment.

    I contacted laser remedy on 9/12/22 seeking an appointment in order to get an appointment with them you must pay in full for the entire service which was $1,000 for 6 treatments ****** confirmed over and over ma'am if you decided not to continue we will issue a full refund $1,000 sound like ******** to me but I proceeded verses listening to my gut. Now that I call to cancel all three appointment first appointment being October 30, 2022 and demanding full refund ma'am we doing issue no refund I freaking new it all a scam!!! Ma'am ****** will call you she better and I'm expending a full refund as well.

    ******************** purchased $1,000 worth of laser hair removal treatments on September 12th, 2022 at 6:09 PM. ******************** was refunded  less than 24 hours later September 13th, 2022 at 4:26PM. Proof is an attachment below.

    Our policy is no refund. Of course we are concerned as to why ******************** is choosing to post a fraudulent claim  weeks after her refund was issued.
