I filed a complaint last year on this company (Todays Graphics). They have been sending me packages of things I didn't order. I received two packages last year and another one on Feb. 8th of this year. Usually shortly after receiving a package, I also get a fraudulent credit/bank account card in the mail. So I feel like if we can determine who is sending the fake packages, we can also determine who is opening fraudulent accounts in my name. The person who responded said they would try to fix the issue by looking out for packages addressed to me and that they aren't in the business of sending out fake packages. That may be correct, but then I need their help to determine WHO is. They have access to who is sending me stuff and from where. Their response and information can help me once and for all end this nightmare of trying to track down who is using my name without my authorization. I sent the package back right when I got it so they should be able to review WHO sent it and why. If they aren't involved with the scam going on then fine, but HELP me figure out who is using their service to try and exploit me. Please check the package I sent back and trace it back to who sent it. I also sent back the other 2 packages I received from them last year. Thank you for your response.

    Good afternoon.

I would like to address the complaint on 2/16/2023 by *** ********.

TGI is a printing company. We print items for all types of Companies and mail direct to the consumers.

If ** ******** purchased a print from a company we would be the one printing and mailing directly to him.

TGI also does fulfillment mailings for Medical and Pharameceutical Companies. We receive the list directly from that Company and mailings are done. No fees are being charged for this mailing.

** ******** is probably on the list for Medical and that list is so long it is impossible for my workforce to look at every envelope that runs thru the belt.

My suggestion is to look at what is being delivered so we have a better idea of what he received.

If it is a medical type mailing then he signed up for something and they still have him on there list and needs to contact them directly as we do not make the list.

    I hope this helps.

I appreciate Today’s Graphics responding to my complaint about packages I’ve received that I did not order. I don’t remember signing up for any mailings or prints and never give out my personal information unless I have to. If a medical or pharmaceutical company is mailing me items, I’m not sure what it would be. I don’t want to be on any mailing lists which I understand they don’t make those lists. They said to look at what is being received so they can have a better idea of what is being sent. That would be fine, but then I’ll have to pay to send it back. I have sent 5 packages back over the past year. What does the company do with packages that are sent back? Could they please look and see what company is sending me the unwanted items and then list it here so I can contact them and get my name taken off the list? Again thank you to Today’s Graphics for responding so I at least have some understanding of what might be going on.

Package 1 is a envelope that comes from a mailing list from medical/pharmeutical companies, no bill is sent to him.

Package 2 would be something he ordered on line and we do the priting for the company and send directly.

    Thank you

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

This is in response to the message sent from John at Today’s Graphics. I appreciate him responding to my complaint but don’t understand a few things with his response. The two images that were sent don’t have my name on the address (**** ******* and the other one I can’t read with the return sender label blocking it). That makes me think that they recovered the wrong packages. I would like him to respond here why it’s like that. I would also like for him to take me off the mailing list for the medical company that sent me package 1. Or if that isn’t possible, to let me know which company it is so I can contact them to be taken off. Also I don’t order items online so I’d like him to let me know who sent the package, from where, and what it contains. Finally, I’d like for him to block my name from receiving any packages in the future from any medical companies, businesses, or individuals as I don’t plan to ever order anything. Thank you to **** in advance for responding and helping me clear up my name from the people who have stolen my identity. Thank You!

    Regards,

I can not take him off a list as I get a list electronically from Pharmaceutical Company and labels are printed and posted on the packages. It would take a long process to figure this out.

The example of packages I sent to you will not have his name on them it is an EXAMPLE to try and determine what he received. So him stating his name is not on there is because it is an Example.

No identity was stolen as the other brown package is material purchased thru a company that we print for.

If *** ******** receives anything in the mail please have him send a picture to us via BBB so I can see what he is exactly getting. We are just a fulfillment center and no money is transacted from our facility to consumers.

I would like this to be done along with *** ******** but until I know what he receives it is hard to pinpoint.

I spoke with my Fulfillment person and this is a Program thru ******* ***** that is for the drug *******.

*** ******** doctor or *** ******** signed up to receive information on this drug.

Welcome packages were sent and also updated information and on going packages that have different  things in them.

We get our information from a data center that the drug company sends all this information to.

It is a project for our IT to try and pinpoint one person to not deliver to as we receive thousands of mailing  information that just feeds our label printer for mailing.

Let me know what ** ******** comes back with and then I can see if we can get the IT dept to try but can't guarantee as we do not see a manual list.

    Thank you

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

First off I would like to thank **** for all the help he has given me through the BBB. I know it’s difficult for him to pinpoint one person as he said and I appreciate him doing that for me. The only reason I selected I didn’t accept the response is to ask if both packages were from ******* ***** from that medication. He had said on the other response that it could be something I ordered. I didn’t order anything that I know of so I just want to make sure that both packages came from ******* *****. If both packages did indeed come from this company about this medication then I will accept that and remove the complaint. I have contacted them to get removed from the list, but they indicated that a third party might not remove me. It could be that they are referring to ****’s company or someone else I don’t know. Hopefully **** will be able to let me know if both packages were from ******* ***** and if not who the other package came from. Thank you very much to **** for his help so I can accept/remove the complaint from his company.

    Regards,
