    I purchased products from the business. After several weeks of not receiving any product or response, I was told my orders were cancelled. I received two products in the mail. I am being told I have to send them back and the company will not provide return shipping. My complaint: send return shipping for the products that I will return, and do not cancel a customers order without communication or making it clear that is the intent.

    I spoke with my ** about how I can feel beter with my back pain, we talked BUT neither one of us said they/I wanted to order it, I said I was going to THINK about it! I never said anything about a knee/leg brace which they also sent. This company sent the braces without any directions or any paperwork of any kind. I received my insurance statemnt ******** allready paid $3,671.22 they paid it but they should of never been billed I DID NOT ORDER this and I never wanted the leg braces!!!! I am supposed to pay $599.84 I have reached out to the company SEVERAL times the never answer and their ir NO answering machine. I called ******** and they said I should mail it back to them, I tried, the post office wanted almost $40, I WILL NOT PAY THIS! I have tried to get a hold of them to send me a prepaid lable, again NO answer.

    Received two arm braces several weeks ago. KI cannot use these. I believe they were charged to ********* however, I did not give them my ******** number. I have tried 6 or 7 times to get a pre-paid return label so I could return them. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or they put my off. i talked to someone named **** on 2/1/24 and she assured me I would receive a label. To date I have not received this label. I just want to return them and I cannot get anyone there to answer me or they just do not answer phone. Not sure if this is a legitimate company. If so, they have terrible customer service. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. It is difficult as I livfe in ************** and them in **. Thanks

    I received a phone call telling me that ******** wanted to send me free of charge a back brace and knee braces. I accepted the merchandise but when it came I realized this wasn't from ********. I tried to call the company numerous times but always had to leave a message. I received the shipment around a week ago and I want to return them and need a return label. I shouldn't have to pay to return something that I am ************* didn't approve. The company, *** DEM Medical Supply has not returned my call. I don't want ******** to pay for something I do not need. I am hoping you can help me.

    Approximately a year ago my brother, who is disabled & elderly started receiving bills from UAS DME LLC for a back brace & leg brace for a total of $584 61. I am his Sister, *******, ****** & handle his finances for him as he is unable to handle any longer. He is disabled with one leg amputated & in a wheel chair. He doesn&#**;t need braces & has never ordered them or received I want the bill erased & balance zero. & his credit repaired with the Credit bureaus,

    I received a box from US DME Medical Supply Inc of **** ********* ****, Philadelphia ***** today. It contains two wrist bands and forms to fill out, directing me to sign in order for them to bill ******** (I am 72). I have no wrist problems and have not requested any care for my wrists. None of my physicians would have requested these for me. When I called to ask why I received them, the customer service suggested that perhaps a friend had requested them for me (which is upsetting, if they would honor such a request without asking me). Also suggested that they had called me to notify me. If so, they proceeded without speaking to me. I also asked how they could have received my address, which was an invasion of my privacy, since the shipment was requested by no one. (They sent a page pointing out patient privacy, a HIPPA requirement. The agent could not answer the question and said someone would call me back. This should not be, to my mind, a difficult question.

    4/25/2023 claims order was placed. I never placed order. they panned to bill ********!. items include two *********** wrist braces; 1 for right wrist and 1 for left wrist, cost not shown as medical provider (********) will be billeddirectly after I sign off. Phone number on web site did not ring and ended in dial tone. phone number with packing slip is ************* (doesn't work). please advise on where to send ocntents of package.
