    I am being charged for medical services I did not receive. I needed a specific test to be conducted so I ask the front desk at Providence medical center if they have the capability. I was asked to sign in and wait while they asked and checked I was informed that they don't have this test so I declined to be seen and promptly left. The next day I got a call asking if I was seen and my insurance information. I let them know I was never seen and they said not to worry an error on their end.I received a bill multiple times and I called to inform and was assured this would be fixed.I have contacted the company online with no response I have no another bill with no corrections made.I should not be billed ****** for asking if a test is available at a facility.

    Good ************************* received notice of the closure of case # ******** as no response was received.  Our office replied to the patient on or about 06/13/2023 with the attached letter. A new response letter will be mailed to the patient shortly.
