      I placed an order 1/12/22 for 15 KN95 masks and paid for the 2 day expedited shipping. I reached out to customer service twice and each time received an automated response; "Things are a little bit backed up here with a massive increase in mask orders due to the unprecedented surge in COVID-19 cases and its impact on staffing, the supply chain, and our shipping partners..."I then reached out to the company again to refund me the cost of the expedited shipping, to which AGAIN I received the same automated response. Fast forward to Friday Jan 28th 2022 when I received an email stating that my masks were out for delivery.The masks NEVER arrived. I went ahead and filed a complaint with my credit card company for the money I was out, and crazy enough the company responded to the credit card company that they fulfilled the order and it had been shipped and delivered, so they have to responsibility to refund me.So not only did I never receive the masks, I could not obtain a refund. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

      I should not put even one star on my review. I made a sizable order of masks and two Flowflex Covid tests in early May 2023. I received all around 5/14/23. I started to use one of the tests on 5/24/23 but after opening the box noticed on the sealed test packaging that the tests were out of date as of 2/3/23. I tried to find a phone # on the order emails and website, but did not find one. So I sent them an email of complaint, and asking for a refund. I never received an answer. At that point I realized to pursue further was a waste of time. In the future I will check out companies standing with BBB first. Thank you, John.

      Per the messaging found on our website (here - *******************************************************************) these tests have been approved by the FDA for 12 more months of use past the date on the box, making them good until February 2024.

      Ordered masks on 1/6/2022 with website claiming delivery in 7-10 business days. Emailed company when the masks were late but never got a reply and cancelled payment. Masks arrived 2/15/22, after the trip we needed them for. Because the masks were delivered late, we either had to pay for shipping to return or pay a $20 fee for them having to re-invoice us since we cancelled payment for goods we never received. Terrible customer service, would avoid.

      IF I could leave zero stars I would. This company has horrible customer service, they did not ship order as scheduled and I sent multiple emails to cancel, which they did not honor, so I disputed the charge successfully with my credit card company. Now, 8 months later, they sent me an email saying I owe the amount because my credit card charged back the amount plus a $20 fee. This company is horrible.

      As hundreds of consumers complained -charge for a product and then not receiving masks in the business days this company stated. Asked to cancel the order after mask order not received after weeks and we were going to be leaving that vacation condo for home soon. They arrived eventually after I had cancelled with my credit card. Then, 7 mos later I hear from HHS
      for the first time with a threatening email to turn me over to a collection agency over a chargeback and chargeback reversal fee. You can not call the company direct and it is difficult to get them to answer emails. I am 70 and have never been accused of not paying for something and getting threatened like this from Hope Health Supply. Many people have registered a complaint with the BBB over this very practice.

      Would rate this company a zero. Do not order from them unless you don’t want to receive your product for months. You will also not be able to call or talk with anyone trying to determine if it’s coming or not coming.

      I placed an order for masks in January. By March, they still had not shipped. I contacted the company 4 times and they never responded. I reported the charge as fraud and got it taken off of my credit card. Weeks later, they email me saying they shipped my order. I told them I was no longer interested and didn't want it. No response. I never received them anyways. Fast forward to today, 5 months later, and now they emailed me an invoice telling me I owe them money for the masks they sent or they'll send my account to collections. First of all, I don't even have an account with them. Second, I never received the items. And they never once communicated with me about anything. Totally fake, fraud company. NEVER order from them.
