    On 4/3/25 $578.40 was drafted out if my account without authorization or notice. I called the company and informed them that i did not agree to an annual payment agreement to be debited out if my account. I also mentioned that I was on a 2month FMLA from my job and if they sent notice, I would have contacted them immediately to arrange a payment plan. I have been using their services since 03/24. Instead of promptly issuing me a refund they have been stalling and trying to keep my money. I told them that I just wanted to return the equipment and be completely done with their services due to the rude customer service I endured with each call. I returned their equipment on the 10th of April and they told me that it was received on 4/15 but it could take up to 30 days to scan inventory before they can issue refund in which I feel is another stalling technique to keep my money.

    I signed up and paid for my grandmother ******* ******, a necklace device for her safety. I did not sign up for auto pay. The bill for the service was supposed to go to her address for her to pay. When it came time for the bill the company auto debited the payment from my checking account causing me to go into overdraft. I called on March 19, 2025 and was told by the man I spoke with that I would receive a refund since I did not authorize this charge. I waited until March 30 and no refund I called again only to be told that I would not get the refund until she made a payment. I did not authorize this payment and want money that was stolen from me returned .
