    I have ordered a monument for a grave after my father passed away. Order has been placed at 'All American Monuments' on November 13th, 2020. I paid deposit $1,250.00 and was promised that all work will be completed within a year. Normally it takes much less time, but as I've been told, because of COVID it can take longer. Approximately 9 months after that I received sketch of the monument. Then in December 2021 I was told that all is ready, and monument will be installed in February of 2022. It turned out that all was a lie. They told everybody that their order will be ready in February. After that all calls were ignored and the owner ***** was hiding. Occasionally I was able to get answer on the office phone by receptionist by the answer was always the same: "We have no info, call next week

    I am the administrator of the Estate of ***********************. I ordered a marker from All American Monuments on June 14, 2022. The Order # is *******. I have been trying to contact the company since December 7, 2022. The telephone number is not in service and the store was not open during normal business hours. I gave the company a $1,150.00 deposit.

    My father purchased a tombstone for my mother on March 26, 2022 from All American Monuments, located on **************** in ************. My father paid by check the amount that day of $2,500.00, which was cashed on March 30, 2022. We were informed on that day that it would be installed on August 1, 2022 by my mom's 1st Anniversary. It was not installed on that date nor has it been installed. I have called numerous times and when they do answer the phone they are rude and say that they are behind and that it will be done soon. I have been hearing this since August 4, 2022 and it is now 10 months and no stone. I work for a law office and they have sent two letters on my dad's behalf and we have received no response from them. This company has been sued 9 times for the same exact thing that they did to us. My father who will be 80 years old would now like a refund of his payment to All American Monuments so he can go to a different Monument place and finally get my mom her stone.

    The owner of the company took down the deposit of $1200 for a headstone. Never delivered the product. Every call went unanswered, when approached in person, stated that will not return the money and will not deliver the product

    Hello, On 10/10/2019 we paid this business 6750.00 in cash for a monument for my father. I have attached all the documentation. They kept stalling and now it has been several years and nothing. They will not return phone calls when we visit the business they refuse to answer questions. They deny everything and they don`t even acknowledge giving the money back. It is disgusting on their part and I do not want their business, I want a refund back.

    On June 7, 2022 I ordered a picture of my sister who recently passed away, to be put on the porcelain plate, for her monument. The owner of the store told me that it would take only a few weeks to do the job, one-month maximum. After a month passed, the store personnel claimed a delay and told me to wait a few more weeks. That went on for the next few months. On my last visit that took place last week, 5 months after the order was placed, the salesperson in the store told me that the order is still not ready and that they don't know when it will be completed. The store refused to provide the refund of the full amount of $250.00 that I have paid in the form of a check. I'm seeking a full refund of $250.00.
