    Transaction amount $240 May 4th Transaction amount $402 May 24th I asked them to help with a bolt in my sons bed that ended up being a disaster and the bed was destroyed. They were not able to finish the job in a timely manner due to constant disagreements and ended up leaving some of my furniture in the living room that should of been in my bedroom. One used my can opener as hammer without permission instead of communicating with his co workers what was needed. There was a guy screaming mad bc the lady with them told him my furniture needed to be wrapped AFTER they put it on the truck smh I have screws missing, one of the guys left with my bolts and I had to pick them up from him. A piece of my bed was missing and I reached out to them about it they assured me they didn't have it but after going back to my old apt to check I ended up reaching out again and guess what they did have it and guess what I had to wait days for them to bring it back after I told him my bed was unstable to sleep on! There were scratches on my bed frame and nightstand because they were supposed to wrap my stuff before putting it on the truck and did not do that. He offered me $40 for ** ***** to rub the scratches off and get a stain pen. They quoted a time of 12:53 that they began but they began a little after 1 pm and I was in the phone with a friend from 12:40 until the end of her break which was 20 minutes and after I ended the call with her I told her I would go outside to get them. I complained about all of this to owner ****** and was treated as if I was the headache when I requested to have my money back. I see him very nasty in review comments talking badly about ikea furniture and no matter where it's from it should be treated with the upmost respect and while my bed set was not from ikea this man sent me $40 for damages and told me to buy ** ***** and a stain pen!! smh screws missing to the bed and dresser drawer. I walk pass my bed frame cringing looking at the damaged everyday.

    ***** texted me at 7:30am on the day of the scheduled move to let me know that he had activated a second crew and that he was planning for his crew of 4 men to arrive for the move at 11am. The crew arrived 4 hours and 20 minutes late with 3 men rather than the 4 and the largest ***** I've ever seen. When parked in a normal parking space close to the corner of a parking lot, it stuck out so far that it blocked 3 cars in. This truck had zero chance of making up the steep and winding driveway at the destination. When I called ***** to let him know about the problem, he insisted that I pay, in addition, to the $300 deposit, the remainder of the estimated price for the entire move, he refused to return my deposit, he yelled at me like a child and then hung up on me. ***** demonstrated very poor planning, no consideration for wasting my time and the deposit was a SCAM/ robbery.

    THE WORST, NEVER EVER USE THIS SO CALL CO! I CALLED MULITPLE TIMES ON THE DAY BEFORE AND NO RESPONSE THEN ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE THEY CANCELLED; MAKE MATTERS WORST IT WAS TWO HOURS AFTER THEY SUPPOSE TO BE MOVING ME, UUGGHH. NOW ITS BEEN NINTYNINE(99) DAYS AND IM STILLLLLL WAITING ON MY $200.DEPOSIT TO BE REFUND. I'LL MOST DEFINITELY BE HEAD BACK TO PHILLY TO FILE MY CASE IN CIVIL COURT TO GET MY DEPOSIT RETURN.

    Please NEVER use this service. They are unprofessional and just horrible. They will destroy your stuff, steal your money, and not pay back. Absolutely scam. PLEASE stay away and you'll save yourself a lot of pain. The job: Move stuff into storage for two months, then bring it back to a new place. Move to storage: 1) Had requested packing materials, the crew showed without any saying the owner Darryl B**** never told them 2) They manhandled the equipment, dropping things along the way and damaging others 3) They forgot to load some of my boxes , I contacted Darryl multiple times, but he never came back to pick these up despite promising to do so. Don't believe a thing that comes from this guy's mouth. 4) I had to pack the fragile items myself -they didn't have any materials 5) They arrive 4 hrs after scheduled time and don't even update me about the delay 6) They charged $508 for this service, an atrocious amount given the quality Move back: 1) They arrived with no clue about the job, the crew didn't have any of my stuff 2) They went to get the stuff and then called me and made me wait for hours saying the storage place would not let them collect my stuff 3) They come back and have destroyed my TV, side table, 3 plates, hangers, have nicked my center table, destroyed the handle of my dresser 4) Completely manhandled equipment 5) Demanded I pay up using ******* $775 this time and didn't even refund me for the TV 6) The horrible owner ignores my texts and calls I need to be compensated for the loss of my equipment. I have pictures to prove damages and screenshots of payments to these people. PSA: never use this service, even if it costs you more, pay for a better service. The actual cost to the certain damages to your stuff will be much higher if you use this unprofessional service.
