      Had Superior do another move for us, we had them remove a piano from our house which wasn't easy. The two movers that came in were great; they picked the piano up and carried it out and down three sets of steps and out the front door without damaging a thing. Everything went smoothly from my first call until they left my home. Thank you again Superior for another great job.

      They truly are an exceptional moving company as the people they sent over were really friendly and moved everything with care, communicated clearly and even moved some things I didn't expect as I did not have to disassemble my desk!

      Move of some furniture items into storage was charged more than fee estimate. $320 for 35 minutes of work even w truck diesal gas prices and tolls.(11/2022) Didn't wrap the furniture before putting it on the truck, wrapped it when we got to to the storage unit buy laying excessive paper on the items. Obe if the two movers came in high and snelling of narijuana. The couch was delivered through the patio when we bought it so asked them to take it out that way to avoid front door damage. They insisted on the front door and broke a portion of the door alarm. Would rate 6 out of 10. I tipped them well when we started on the side, snacks and water, they still gouged me. Wouldn't use again or recommend. Moving companies always get a bad reputation for exactly this kind of service.

      Hello we do not have a record of moving you. Was the order under a different name? We would like to rectify any issues you may have had. We did not hear about this. Was your move in 2022? Also was the cost of your move $320, that is a very inexpensive price for moving? Please contact us so we can try to make this right

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - You will be overcharged, and the job will not be completed. And they may break a few things.

      I'm only giving one star because at least they showed up.

      My mother moved from a one bedroom apartment into my house.

      At the apartment the movers loaded her furniture fairly quickly. The problems began with unloading and taking the furniture into my house.

      The movers did not reassemble the bed even though the contract stated they would. They did not want to take the dressers upstairs and were going to try to leave them in the living room until I insisted they be taken upstairs and placed in the proper bedrooms. They a left box spring outside of my house. Some and some items were broken.

      They left everything in the living room despite labels indicating the rooms they should go to. Then they left early. They said they had an emergency meeting at the office.

      I called Rob, the salesperson, to discuss my dissatisfaction. He said he would call me the next morning and that he would rectify everything. Then he asked me for a good review.

      Rob never called me back. When I contacted him 2 days later, he acted like he did not remember our previous conversation.

      How could he possible expect a good review when this company dropped the ball and then did nothing to rectify the situation.

      All e-mail and text communications leading up to the move confirmed my appointment and said very clearly "No action required by you, this is a friendly reminder"
      We’ll guess what, action was required and they were not very friendly. Here’s what happened: they cancelled and filled my slot and were basically like, too bad, we called to confirm but you didn’t respond. I was unable to answer my phone due to work commitments but when I got a text from them asking if the move was still on I replied ‘yes’ via text. Guess what, they still cancelled me. Just terrible!!!!!!!!
