    My vehicle which started out with four minor repairs has been at the shop for almost 2 months each time I talk to the general manager Imtold that the vehicle is being repaired and will be returned to me the next day This has been going on since April 14th 2025. Sometimes the manager will not even call me talk to me at all about what is going on with my vehicle and when I do reach out to him, h*** avoid my call because they have caller ID or he makes promises that he does not keep as far as my vehicle being prepared. My vehicle is necessary for work and I have had to rent numerous rentals in order to take care of business that has been mandatory or already paid for in advance. When I do pop-ups at the shop, my vehicle is either still sitting in the same position or moved further away from the shop. Won the first week I was given a loaner vehicle which broke down me on the very first day that vehicle. I got safely to my home, whichsat there for another three weeks before they came and took it without allowing me to know that they had took it off my premises. Although I was unable to drive the vehicle, I guess they were concerned about their vehicle, not being returned to them as my vehicle shouldve been returned to me. Acknowledging that it was being done I have recordings of the manager, promising me my car, telling me the same issue that hes been repairing for the past several weeks and assured me that theyre not withholding my vehicle for further pain

    As of today, I have not had my vehicle returned to me because of the possibility of losing a position with a new company as well as needing my vehicle for my old job. I had to purchase a new vehicle entirely. No one reaches out to me in reference to my vehicle unless I called them first this is just unbelievable. This is really stressing me out

    I went to meineke for a LEAN code on bank 1. When they called me back the said I need a new catalytic converter. I opted to have the work done and the tech said that would make the lean code go away. After I spent a arm and a leg for services, the engine light came back on the next day for a lean code bank 1. I took it back and the ** said the have to do a hard reset when a scan tool! Huh! Where there is a code, it needs to be fixed. I went to my private mechanic to help with the lean code. Turned out to be a vacuum leak near the brake booster. Upon him fixing and test driving he told me that a p0420 code came up. Meineke put a universal catalytic converter on my car. You can not put that part on my 08 ***** ss impala. The converter for that car is one whole piece. I took it back and they're saying the down pipe is rusted, when that should have been changed all together because that is one whole piece for that car. I have another code pending and the mechanic is trying to say start there 1st. I never had a catalytic p0420 code until after they put a universal converter on my car.

    My 2005 Dodge Durango has been worked on by this company. For more than 6 months, and in that time I've had to go back-and-forth to get repairs done more than 7 times because the problem was either not fixed. Hasn't been fixed and now my car doesn't run. Because of the negligence thereof, i've tried to be patient with the repairs. And not only did the repairs cost me money. I lost money from my delivery service, which is twice the loss, and not that the repair shop didn't try to fix it. They just didn't fix it after we talked about it after I showed them the proof that it was their fault for some of the things they broke and they haven't fixed all the things that needed to be repaired yet. Just because your shop is overworked, does not mean that my car should suffer if you have an abundance of cars that needs to be repaired

    1.June 5 2023 2.$1102.60 3.Replace control arm with ball joint left repair breaks left and a list of problems they said they found 4.control arm installed wrong damaging the car under carriage left hanging off car break failure dragging against rotor causing unsafe driving conditions. immediately after the car was said to be repaired. after 4 hours of waiting 5.I was told the same day that they would repair it and told to be back the next day the 6th I picked up the car and drove it one block and the break shoes fell off scraping the rotor and the under carriage cover fell down on the way home. invoice dated June 5 2023. #****** 6.none I had to go to another mechanic to have the problems resolved at a cost of$ 1858.40 both invoices are included I called meineke corporate office they gave me a case number ********** on the 6th but never called be back. I called again on Aug 17th they gave me no case number but said they would look into it confidence is low. The managers card is also in the up load the guy that assured they would do a good job

    Date 8 29 2022 I have a *** x3 2014 . That was having a misfire. So I drove my car into meineke to be serviced got a call my car was done came to pick my car up it sounded like a lawn mower . They took my car back in & brought my car out it was on then shut off . They failed to put it on a test to see where the misfire was . My car isn't working & *** is asking for 6k to fix it . I tried reaching out to corporate but got a email back saying they are not responsible it's independently owned. So I'm lost on how to fix my car

    Good morning,

    The customer  brought his vehicle in for service on 8/27/22 for a oil change & tune up. The customer arrived prior to the store opening and was observed making a knocking noise and running rough prior to service.
    The customer was told that just replacing the spark plugs may not fix the issue with the vehicle at the time of drop off.

    The technician assigned to the vehicle found that the vehicle was low on engine oil and had  multiple service engine codes. The multiple cylinder misfire being among them. This was found by checking the oil level & performing
    a diagnostic service. The customer was quoted a price to perform a oil change, replace the spark plugs & ignition coils. The customer stated that price was too high & to just replace the spark plug and do the oil change. The technician
    performed the approved services and found that the vehicle was still ran poorly. The customer was told by the service advisor & the tech about  the condition of the  car. The tech went as far as to show the customer what check engine light codes
    the vehicle had.  The customer asked if ignition coils were installed, would the vehicle run better.  The  customer was told that we couldn't answer that question due to the other existing check engine light codes. The customer stated that he would
    run to ******** & get ignition coils and install them himself.  The service advisor told the customer that there was nothing more that  we could  do to repair the vehicle. It was recommend that the vehicle be taken to a *** dealership. The customer had the vehicle towed from the shop with no complaint at that time.

    This is the first time that Meineke Car Care had performed any services on the vehicle. As a result, We would be unaware of any pre-existing internal issues with the vehicle prior to service.

    On August 23,2022,I took my car to be service by Meineke,I told them what my car was doing(shaking when I step on the brakes)and they said they would check it out and give me a call.They called and stated that it would cost $3000.00 dollars to fix my car and to get new tires, I told them I didn't send my car there for tires and what was $3000.00 for...They mention something about motor mounts. I told them thats a lot of money to fix my car from shaking,I told them I would be there to get my car,I not paying that. I sent my male friend to pick my car up on the same day..he called me from Meineke shop and said they would fix it for $1400.00,I said how was they just going to charge me $3000.00 and told you$1400.00...because your a male and they were trying to get over on me...so Meineke fix the car(at least I thought),called my male friend that car was ready to be picked up,all this was done on same day car was dropped off to menieke. My friend picked car up and parked car in front of my house, I didn't move my car till Friday on the 26,2022 to drive down to Virginia. My car started dying down on the main highway in Virgina, I had to drift on the said to get out the way of traffic.I cut the car off,started it back up...car would not pick up speed, but enough to get me to my location. I called menieke and told them what happened. Spoke to Dave at menieke, who stated to bring the car back in,told hi I'm I was out of town,and would be back Sunday August 28th,so I will bring it in on Monday August 29th..my car would not move,had my car towed to a menieke in Virgina who called the menieke in Philly, nothing of what Philly did that my car needed...Had to have my car towed by to Philly, had to catch a train home...car was towed(September 4th 2022)stated menieke(inPhilly) who did original work. Spoke with Dave,who stated some other stuff about my car.I would like a refund on all money paid out in all fairness. CORRECT work was not done on car. Meineke integrity ??????
