My brand new crown boiler for radiation heating was installed in 2009 and the boiler stoped working this year. The serviceman from a company said the control board is broken and the boiler can not be repaired and the whole unit need be replaced because the control board is not available anymore. My complaint is that how can a boiler part be discontinued only 13 years after the boiler was sold. A boiler typically can be used for about 30 years and a replacement of whole unit is expensive. I want get an explantation from the company for the situation that would cause customers to loss a lot.
