      This was a dog adoption gone terribly wrong. Adopted 3/19/23 and dog immediately returned the next day on 3/20/23. The following email to Justice Rescue explains the problem:Your refusal to address the real issues and problems with ****, evidenced by your refusal to speak with me about him over the phone prior to adopting him, as well as refusing to provide information and the truth about his behavior problems and totally out of control (wild) behavior, is now understandable to me. The way you handled this adoption was strictly through email and a brief meeting to pick up the dog wherein the only information you would give me was that the prior owner had him on a leash outside all the time, which is why you took him. Any reasonable person will acknowledge that I could not have possibly known the serious behavior problems of this animal which literally would not have allowed me to sleep unless I put him outside (which I would never do). Hence I immediately returned him to you because I knew I could not control him (even though I had set up training appointments starting this Saturday). I could not go days without sleep before training started. I adopted **** in totally good faith, and your response and refusal to refund the $450 adoption fee, given the above circumstances, is tantamount to a scam. You knew his temperament and behavior issues, and you elected not to inform me. You very quickly offered paperwork to sign him over, but you negligently and deceitfully failed to provide the appropriate information and history about the dog for me to make an informed decision.
