    BUYER BEWARE: Seller is dishonest, and hides information. He uses several company names so you can't find his negative feedback. He sells on **** under "*************". His name is *** and he is very rude and aggressive. Vehicles are not fixed properly and title is not in his company name so he title hops which is illegal. He goes on "vacation" after every sale and acts like you are a burden trying to get information you need from him. He has been reported to **** before and his account was flagged. Yet, he is still selling on there and somehow changes negative reviews to neutral. I was not able to research into him until the $500 deposit was sent and he sent me a message that he wants the cashier check made out to ****************** without sending me a purchase agreement or any paperwork. After he was hesitant about sending me a purchase agreement I thought something was sketchy. He sent me an email with the name "Vics Auto House" that is how I found this BBB page. There is nothing under ****************** anywhere. The title is also is another company name called "***** **** ***". I am glad I was able to research into all of this because of the way he was acting. So many red flags popped up and my bank agreed not to deal with this seller because he seems sketchy and fraudulent. Avoid this seller at all costs. **** should not allow sellers like this to list on their website. They also need to protect buyers from sellers like this and they do not. I will also never buy another vehicle on **** due to this experience. I reported everything to my bank card to receive the $500 deposit back because the seller is now not wanting to refund it. Avoid this company at all costs.

    We have non refundable deposit if buyer does not pay within 5 business days (7 days total). See our terms and conditions. We provided front of the title to proof we have a certificate of the title. In order to provide the back part of the title, we need a signed bill of sale from the customer and confirm customer information is correct. It's our policy to protect our company from fraudulent transactions. It's a requirement to avoid title transfer without the full payment. The customer refused it and it looks very suspicious. We also contacted the buyers CU with our concern. The CU provided fraudulent information about title washed. We advertised this vehicle has reconstructed R Title. The bank representative advised us that they don't finance R title vehicles. I guess it's a reason why **** ****** ****** did not pay for the vehicle. We also pointed our concern before customer asked us to provide documents.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    *********************************, you are a scammer. I see you listed the ****** again and "sold" it yesterday Feb 7. It has been sold already 5 times after me. All you are doing is stealing deposits. You do not prove ownership of vehicle then you say the buyer did not pay in 7 days. I can see all the "feedback you left for other" it shows you threatening so many buyers that you will send them to collections. Really? that many buyers did not pay? That is very interesting, sir. My credit union loans for rebuilt titles, they did not want to pay you because you did not prove ownership and they realized you were a sketchy "dealership". You run your car business under so many business names so customers cannot see the bad reviews. The bad reviews speak for themselves. I also did not send anything to your phone, you sent spam shipping companies to my phone and I had to change my phone number because of you. This is not a legitimate business. This is a very sketchy business and I am sorry for anyone that tries to buy a vehicle from you. We have a police report as well. I have nothing else to say to you. Dispute has been filed.
