    ***** Order number. Feb 18, 2023. Three jar placed totaling $71.99 I have yet to receive the items or an email back on multiple attempts to collect a refund or send product. I see he's responding to new orders however not honoring older orders that were already placed and paid for.

    February 31,2023 I placed an order with BYBL for seamoss gel. The total came to $37.98 it is now January 7,2024 and I have yet to receive the product or a refund. I have reached out via email several times they will not respond. I have sent messages on the Instagram page and it is 100's of other people complaining they have not received they product either. They will not respond to any communication. But yet they steady posting the product and continue to take order's (people money).I want my money back at this point.

    8 months ago I purchased seamoss online from BYBL west Philly tuck here we are in 2024 still never received no refund no apology no product please stop this man it’s 1000000 more people that are going thru this

    I ordered from him 3/19/2023 and have not received my product or a email. ********* westphilly**** is full of dissatisfied customers from all over who haven't gotten refund or their product. The locals get seamoss on a daily but my money and product he refuses to send. What can I do about this matter?

    on March 29, 2023 i placed an order with this company for 10 jars of elderberry seamoss for a total of $269.89. The order number is ***** and i still have not received it. I have sent email directly to the company and have not received any response. On their Instagram social media page, @westphillytuck, over the past several months many customers have left comments stating they have ordered and have been waiting for months, many times the company would respond and say, "they are going to be shipping March orders in the next week or soon." At this point i no longer trust the integrity of this company and their product and i would like them to issue me a refund.

    Ordered products on 6/16/23, with a advertised delivery within 6-8 weeks. To date the order or any email or phone inquiries have not been responded to, which included a request for a refund.
