      So I ordered from RashidaGirl seeing her earrings on Instagram. I looked into her merchandise and was pleased. I felt confident about purchasing her ready to ship earrings. Key words are ready to ship. So post purchase I never received a confirmation info. One random day I receive an email that entailed when we could be receiving our confirmation numbers and shipping information. The last statement of the email was if you have not received the invoice please reply to this email and I will send it. So I followed her instructions. Days later, I received shipment information with a tracking number. Lets keep in mind that I ordered this in Feb 2024. Reached out to her in May (3rd email). I emailed her several times and sent a message to her phone number. ****, its ************************************** November 2024. My message basically said that l had yet to receive my order it has yet to ship and you are horrible at communicating with your customers so at this time, I will be reporting you to the BBB, hoping that would spark some fire under her fingers and rump to send my purchase and People it is January 2025 and we are still at the same place. We were in May 2024. Do not support this business. Her instagrams and lives are fradulent.

      This is my second time ordering from Rashida. The first time I ordered was in 2023 and I received my order many weeks after I placed it (they were ready to ship earrings). I purchased 4 more pair August 28th, 2024 and its now November 16th, 2024 and I still do not have my earrings. Im so upset and now I have to call my bank and see if I can get my money bank. Unfortunately, will all the complaints Im seeing, it leads me to be believe this business is fraudulent

      I purchased earrings from the ***** sale. On August ******* and still have not received my earrings. It is now Nov 12. Was told it was being ship and still haven't received anything.

      0/10. Made a large purchase and never received part of my order. Emailed, she changed her email, I tried to contact her. No response. Its been over a year. Its just sad that so many have had the same experience.

      I, too, am waiting on a few orders I placed that I have yet to receive. One order was placed in March 2024 for $50 and a second order was placed in April 2024 for $60, totaling $110 that I'm out. I have attempted to contact her on several occasions via IG, text, and email- all of which have remained unanswered. I have received several small orders from her in a timely manner in previous years, which is why I didn't hesitate in ordering from her again. But unfortunately now I see from reading all of these reviews that I am not the only one she has done this to. Based upon the countless negative reviews, I bet she has scammed people out of thousands of dollars. Nonetheless, her work is amazing, and I have received so many compliments on the pieces that I wear from her, but I will no longer be recommending her business to anyone as I don't want others to be out their hard-earned money, which is very unfortunate. Much to my displeasure, I will not be ordering from her again. I suggest others stay away from this business as well.

      I sent the following email to Rashida gurl on several occasions. I ordered 8 pair of earrings and only received 2. I have emailed her on several occasions and she never respond or even acknowledge my concern. It took almost 2 months just to recieve 2 of the 8 pair of earrings I ordered back in February. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt considering how busy may be, but enough is enough and I am so disappointed. Her work is amazing but will not EVER BUY again!!!"This is a follow up email from the previous email I sent regarding my order. I ordered a total of 8 pair of earrings and I haven't received anything yet. They were all from your $10 sale (3 pairs) 67, 56, 52 on March 12, 2024 (NOT RECEIVED) (2 pairs) 20, 1 on February 19th (RECEIVED) (3 pairs) 38, 27, 33 on February 25th. (NOT RECEIVED)They are paid for thru Afterpay. Can you help me resolve this? I would very much still like to recieve the dope earrings."This email was sent SEVERAL TIMES.I will never order from her again. She got away with $60. This issue needs to be resolved. ASAP

      I really try my best to give black owned businesses ,the benefit of doubt,because I have one myself.As a follower on IG for quite some time,I was finally able to catch Rashida Girl special within my budget.*$10 leftover sale*Order placed on 3/13,paid off via Afterpay.Again Im on a tight budget.Its 6/5/24,no reply from owner.I wish I had done deeper research because this is really sad.I have disputed transaction with AfterPay,after no reply from Rashida during her normal business hours.Atp this point,it may only be $67 to some,but I can put this back in my savings.Again I really felt that her energy was good via IG.I pray she does the right thing by her customers.First impression is everything.

      This is really disappointing to write. Since I've been a regular customer for almost a year, I've never had this issue in the past and I LOVE her products. However, I made a few purchases in the past few months and never received my items. I reached out to every email address possible and tried several different ways to contact, but never received a response. I'm honestly heart broken as I have recommended her products to all of my friends. I requested a full refund through the third party I purchased, although I'd rather have my items :(

      It is really sad that a black owned woman business has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, I ordered 20 pairs of earrings from her, I have sent (8) emails and (5) DM's and she has not even responded to any of messages. Extremely unprofessional I ordered my items in Nov. and we are now in Jan and I have yet to receive them or even an acknowledgement of my emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE

      Same story as others. I placed an order and I never received my order. Contacted her multiple times on all platforms and no response.
