    they are the worst and the lie a lot. they try to talk you into paying more than what your insurance cover. they had me pay an extra $268 for all of this extra prescription in my eyeglasses and then I could not see so I returned the glasses and asked them to just put my regular prescription in and I was told that they do not provide refunds.

    I visited Morrell Ave location on 10/10 and employee Selena who refused to give her name when I asked to report her disrespectful behavior, they have a posted sign in the window $79 for 2 pair of glasses (single lense) not mention in ad that bifocal is not offered in this when questioning her regarding this she said your ignorant and tried to bring a couple who where in the store into this situation, they were appalled by that and confused. I called 19th and chestnut store to speak to someone with authority and they said sorry that happen I asked for a discount they refused 10 per cent for the horrible service discount
