    I believe this organization is a scam used to justify additional billing from pain management physicians. They sent an email saying the doctor is providing you a free service to help you earn gift cards to places like Target and Starbucks and others. You have to do about a thousand surveys to get $5. I'm not positive about that number that may be an exaggeration but not much of one if it is. And at the bottom of the email and I mean the very bottom it says you maybe charged additional fees by the provider. The word free is in bold by the way. I received 26 emails baiting me to earn gift cards when I stopped using it. And all of this justified an office visit charge to my insurance company and a copay to me. This is marketed to pain patience. They are a vulnerable sector of the population who do not need to be taken advantage of by their providers whom they are seeking help from.
