      Parking garage attendant never showed up. We dropped the car off on 4/26 and confirmed that we could pick it up Saturday morning around 8 am. Showed up and there were several people waiting. We waited 1.5 hours with our 3 month old for someone to finally show up. Do BETTER. We would like compensation for our time wasted.

      This past Saturday April 27th, 2024, Patriot Parking **** failed to open ************************ Garage at the posted time of 6:00 am due to unforeseen staffing issues.  For the inconvenience and frustration this caused, we are genuinely sorry.  Moving forward to ensure we are learning from this incident and preventing a reoccurrence, we will be making some internal adjustments such as with staffing and posting 24 hours after- hours phone number so that if an issue should arise, we are readily accessible.  We will of course issue the refund.  Please contact the office at ************ to do so.  Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: this should already be in place. I had spoken when another person waiting and they said this has happened before. It is unacceptable to just say you will do better when it appears you have a pattern of behavior that you do not feel the need to fix at all. There is no accountability. I spent almost 2 hours with my 3 month old waiting for my car. It messed up my entire day.

      My wife and I lived in the building above their garage located at *************************., Philadelphia, PA ********* for 2 years through May 2023. Because it is an attended lot, we were required to leave a key with the garage. Because the lot was not attended 24/7, we had 2 keys and kept one for ourselves so we could access the car 24/7. Upon moving out, the manager of the lot admitted to us that they had lost the key that was kept by the garage and that we would be reimbursed for the cost of obtaining a new key. Management is now refusing to reimburse us and claiming that they didn't lose the key (which is impossible considering they had the key for 2 years and now it's gone; additionally, about a week prior to moving out of the building, we returned the car to the lot and took our key with us, yet they were still able to move the car by the next time we used the car, clearly indicating that they had a key). Because it was a ********* key, it is going to cost us $800+ to replace it with the dealership.
