    I preordered the ********* Monsters Ultimate Dracula (Transylvania) 7 Scale Action Figure made by **** back on July 22, 2022. It was scheduled to be released sometime in November of 2022. It never arrived. I have been actively checking social media, including NECAs pages to see if this figure had been released. I then discovered recently that it had in fact been released sometime in January 2023 and it is now available in stores. ****s ********* page is under ************ and you can see for yourself. I decided to email House of Mysterious Secrets on January 28, 2023 to check the status of my order. I have not received a response from them. I attempted to file disputes through ****** and my bank, but I am past their threshold. At this time they will not allow me to file any disputes. If you go to House of Mysterious Secrets Instagram page under houseofmysterioussecrets you will see customers attempting to reach out to them about the status of their unfulfilled orders. Some have started filing their own disputes. Read the comments under their most recent post, which was back in December 2022. Hopefully they do not delete these comments after reading my message. I have provided pictures of all of my invoices through ****** and House of Mysterious Secrets by email, PayPals website, House of Mysterious Secrets website. I also uploaded the email that I sent them. If something didnt get uploaded like it should have please let me know. If you need anything else please let me know. I feel like that should cover everything. As of now, House of Mysterious Secrets website is still up & running. They are still accepting orders. There arent any status updates on their website & people need to be fully aware of what is going on.
