    I contacted Dynamite Pest Control about a bed bug problem. They charged us $2,000 to come out and treat our house with chemicals. 8 weeks later we are still dealing with the infestation and there has been no improvement. They came out 4 different times. The last time he came out he sold us a home treatment kit for an additional $100. We finally reached out to several other exterminators who informed us that chemicals do not work to irradicate bed bugs and the only way to treat for them appropriately is a heat treatment. I called Dynamite Pest Control and asked for a refund since they charged us for treatments that do not work on this type of infestation. The owner, *******, was extremely aggressive and argumentative on the phone. Not only did he refuse to give us a refund but he threatened to come to our home to "talk about this face to face". He has our address and now I feel extremely unsafe. Someone needs to know about this man's predatory business model- charging people thousands of dollars for treatments that do not work. And then threatening them when they call to complain about this service. In my opinion, this man should not be in business his behavior is despicable.

    The part that this customer left out that they wanted a refund is because they are a young broke struggling couple. All of the 5 times that I personally went to the house everything was fine and never had any issues with them. Our company policy states ALL SALES FINAL & NONREFUNDABLE. Then on 12/26/2024 she and her husband at some point called asking for a refund when I was just at their house before Christmas to sell them the home kit. Also on that day it was the anniversary of my father the original owner's death where he committed suicide in our office 16 years ago and he told me to shut up he didn't want to hear it and doesn't care about that. All of the treatments worked and the situation improved. She and her husband never took into the consideration of where the bed bugs was coming from in regards to other family members inside and outside of the home. Also the wife never gave me a chance through all of this before it got to this point to explain that I told her husband the last time that I talked to him face to face at their home for the amount of money they paid I would continue to come service their home until they were gone and they were satisfied. As far as her personal opinion about me and how I run my father's business and continue to do God's work-All of our bills are PAID, all of our taxes are paid, our company's phone rings every 5 minutes, and God will CONTINUE to provide!     **** ******* was dispatched to treat for ********* Ants at ************************************************************, a property where we are currently managing renovations. Mr. ******* arrived on the street of the property, and while driving up the street a vehicle behind him (unrelated to the property) beeped at Mr. ******** Mr. ******* immediately exited his vehicle and started yelling obscenities at the vehicle that beeped. **** *******, happened to be outside of the property and witnessed this transpiring. Mr. ******* walked over to Mr. ******* and advised him that he cannot conduct himself in this way if he is at the property. Mr. ******** response was I am the owners son, and rules dont apply to me. At this time Mr. ******* informed him his services would not be needed and dismissed him from the property. Immediately Mr. ******* exploded into obscenities and threats of physical violence. He exited his vehicle and followed Mr. ******* onto the property he was just asked to leave. Several minutes later Mr. ******* returned to the property and was again dismissed by ******* *****, the property manager. On 8/5/2024 ****** ******** sent an email to Dynamite requesting a refund of the $243.00 that was charged to our account. She was immediately sent a response email stating a refund will not be given and a copy of their terms and conditions. This was the first time anyone from Solution Based learned of their terms and conditions. When the appointment was originally set by ****** ********, all that was discussed was what service was needed and the property address. Dynamite website does not state their terms and conditions. At no point did Dynamite Pest control advised us of any terms or conditions and were unaware of any cancellation clause. At no time was any contract signed or agreed upon.

    The response from the current business owner is completely fabricated. His conduct was as described in our original claim. I have more than 6 witnesses that would come forward about how this situation really transponder. Mr. ******* was escorted from the property before any services were performed. The situation originated when Mr. ******* first arrived to the property and could not park because another vehile was in his way. The response from Mr. ******* is out right dishonesty and fraudulent. I would like my $243.00 returned to my account. No services were provided and we were never informed of any fees or costs if we dont use their services with this appointment. If there is anr more information needed, I would be more than happy to provide.

There will be no further correspondence in this matter and let the record show and reflect. **** ********* complaint to the BBB was never responded to. Kadi-*** ******* requesting all of the documentation in why our company never gave a formal response. If our company would have known that information that was submitted for BBB informational purposes in house in regards to the BBB reason of why our company did not respond we would have never submitted it.     I called dynamite pest control in order to resolve an issue I was having with roaches. I paid $216 and after a month Im still having the same issue. After the service the exterminator assured me that if the issue did not resolve within 30 days, he would come out and treat the house again free of charge. The exterminator came out on July 27, 2024. It is now August 29 of 2024. The treatment did not work. Ive still been seeing roaches on a daily basis. I have pictures. I called the company today to let them know that Ive still been seeing roaches and its been 30 days. I asked if the exterminator could come out free of charge since thats what he originally told me. The exterminator denied that he ever told me about this 30 day guarantee and refused to come out unless I paid again. He said he would give me $80 off of the full price $216 which is $136. I obviously refused because why would I pay him again if the original treatment didnt work and I was promised a free treatment if the first one didnt work. This company is very unprofessional and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. When the exterminator originally came to do the treatment was very rude and arrogant. He kept talking about how he had a cookout to go to down the street and that he shouldnt be out working this late. Upon looking at the reviews of this company on ******, which I shouldve done before contacting them to do the service. Theres another review thats very similar to mine. It said the exterminator gave her a 30 day guarantee and then refused to uphold that 30 day guarantee and tried to charge her $50 for coming out the second time. Im Including a picture of that review as well. This whole situation is very stressful, and Im not sure what to do. Im hoping by writing this review the exterminator will agree to keep his word and come out to treat my house free of charge. If not a partial refund will suffice so I can take my business elsewhere.

    The customer provided pictures of dead bugs which is normal and part of the process. She was offered monthly service with no contract for $81.00 after the initial 30 day warranty period. She was serviced July 29, 2024 and wanted service again August ******* which is after the 30 day warranty period. We do not work for free! This customer lives on the block of ******************* in between two row homes. I offered ways to provide an economical solution and all she wanted to do is try to argue with her boyfriend in the background. We also sell professional commercial grade products that she could have purchased to save money since that has seem to be the issue. We killed the ***** infestation during the initial 30 day period as we were hired to do.     The technician who is apparently the owners son, Rich, came out to our home to “exterminate” my roach problem instead bought along with him other pests into my home such mice, which I never had prior to him visiting my home. He uses “switch & bait” tactic on me by stating that I received a “discount” because my house which includes a basement is all part of one house. When the price quoted to me was $189, he charged me $216 for a rushed job that took no more 15 mins. Which by the way after showing up 30 mins late to his appointment without any professionalism on hand to even communicate to me. After his visit next day i called to have him come out as per his warranty to redo the job and he refused to do so and wanted to charge me $436 to visit my house again, when in fact it was part of his service warranty, if I see more roaches to call him. This person I believe is a criminal and should be held liable for his actions in the court of law and bought to justice for all his ill promises and intimidating customers with his word of tone. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST & STAY AWAY!!!

    This customer was serviced 10/4/2022 and was satisfied with the service due to the problem being resolved and fixed. The customer was so pleased with the job well done and the work performed that he had more service performed at his family's home and was satisfied with that service too. We even serviced his ******'s restaurant prior to that. We received a call from the customer the next day on 10/5/2022 the same day this complaint was filed threatening that he wanted our company to come back out for free and perform another service that was not apart of the original service and didn't want to pay. Unfortunately, we could not meet that demand and also the customer was given a discount after lying about the home in fact that it is a duplex and not a single family home. The mice can get in anywhere due to the fact that it was a duplex and he was not satisfied with the condition of the home and needs to repair the entire home. If we would have known that the home would have been infested with mice after we initially performed the work we would have declined him as a client and advise that he would have a bigger issue than what he has now. We informed him that we could come back out at a discounted rate and if he felt that he would make out better with a different company he could very well do so because out contractual obligation was already. We have been in business over 53 years and stand by our work and service. God bless him and him family and their future endeavors. The way he talked to our office manager who is a female and harassed her was uncalled for and very disrespectful. The guy is from *** **** and thinks he can try to get over on the system.     Every statement made by, Rich, the technician and business owner, is only in his self interest. 

    He did not execute the job he was hired for which is exterminate my cockroach problem, in fact made it worse by 

    spraying a chemical which attracted more roaches and not only roaches but rats(which i never had before he came into my house)

    This man is a dishonest and habitual liar as I never contacted anyone in his office in such manner.

    In fact, he was suppose to call back to resolve the matter but in fact he made it worse by yelling at me as to why I reported him to the BBB. 

    I simply asked him to complete the job he was hired for which is to exterminate my problem. 

    However, he failed to do so and made my situation worse by luring in more pests.

    I need to be refunded the $216 I paid this business as they failed to deliver on their promise.

    I will not allow this person to persuade you of otherwise as he has a track record of numerous complaints from previous clients

    and deliberately cons every single one of them and insults them personally. 

    Very Unprofessional and such a bigot. 

    I did a mistake by not doing my research and reading prior reviews from his clients.

    I will never allow such a person or anyone in business to enter my home or anyone I know.

    I DEMAND A REFUND OR MR.RICH WILL HAVE BIGGER ISSUES ON HIS HAND!

    Terrible service! Rich sprayed for mice in August and mice are back in September. He initially stated the poison his company used would result in no more mice guaranteed. My husband specifically asked how often will we need to set up service and he said we would not need a monthly plan because of the poison he used. We called him back and told him we have mice droppings and reminded him of what he said .stating we would not see anymore mice guaranteed. He said he’s not God and can’t guarantee that…but he would come back out for a discounted price. He said the guarantee was only for 30 days which makes no sense. So God for 30 days? He told us to see what ******** could do for us. We are requesting a refund

If we would have known that the home would have been ripped open after we initially performed the work we would have declined her as a client and advise that she would have a bigger issue than what she has now. We informed her that we could come back out at a discounted rate and if she felt that she would make out better with a different company she could very well do so because out contractual obligation was already fulfilled a month prior.
