    I would never shop at Monster pets located in Philadelphia,PA 19148 **** ******** **** ever again. I purchased a snake from here and on my way home the snake somehow got loose and crawled out of the box while driving the express way. I only had it for about 10 mins. The box was not properly sealed and it was a box fit for a hamster not a snake. Once I finally was able to get off at the nearest exit the snake had crawled in a hole of my car which I never was able to locate him mind you the snake was a High White California King Snake that cost $199.99 plus tax. once I was able to get back to the pet store there was a manager by the name of Nicole she wouldn't tell me her last name but she was very disrespectful and rude to me. I explained how I purchased the snake for my child's birthday present and I asked if i wasn't able to receive my money back or could I just do store credit? because that's a lot of money to lose she told me it's my fault and there's nothing she can do about it. and walked off so now i'm out of a snake and my money back no apology for there wrong doings by properly sealing the box or putting the snake in a container fit for snakes i will Never shop here AGAIN very rude and inconsiderate they just lost a loyal customer.
