    Hayden Allison Photography came highly recommended to us by a different photographer that we inquired & had high hopes for hire. We hired Hayden Allison Photography for our wedding date on 10/8/2022 based off the trusted direct referral. Date of transactions completed on 3/15/22 and 9/27/22. Amount paid to Hayden Allison Photography was $3,222.00 plus tax ($280). A deposit of $1,750.00 due when agreement is signed and the balance $1,750.00 paid within two weeks of wedding day. Wedding coverage included for the fee stated above: Full wedding coverage by Hayden Allison and online gallery with downloadable files AND Second shooter for wedding day coverage. We have not yet received all of our photos which we paid for from the Second Shooter including important memories that cannot be recreated from our special day. The owner of business, Hayden Allison has not tried to resolve the issue. Our last written correspondence took place on January 13, 2023. I have sent emails expressing our (myself & my spouse's) concerns for missing photographs on the following dates: 1/17/2023, 1/26/2023, 2/5/2023, 2/13/2023 and 4/16/2023. I have called and sent text messages to Hayden's contact Tel: ************ which I am led to believe that Hayden blocked my number or silenced my notifications. Hayden has failed to communicate if the remaining photos were damaged, lost or stolen. We took to Instagram to voice our concerns but Hayden Allison's page was shortly disable there after.     I received an email from Hayden Allison Photography on 7/20/2023 advising that he made the mistake and would resolve the issue. Hayden Allison assured in the email that I would receive my remaining files, as well as financial compensation which have yet to be received. I have sent emails to Hayden Allison requesting the promised items mentioned above on the following dates 7/20/2023, 7/30/2032 and 8/4/2023 and no response back or resolution.
