The business was supposed to provide us with edited photos from our wedding on 10/26/24. The nature of the dispute is that ********* never sent us our photos. The business has not tried to resolve the problem. The business has not contacted us directly. The business has made futile attempts to defend themselves by making asinine claims on social media about things that have happened to the business owner, ********* ******. The agreement specifies delivery of a fully edited gallery of approximately ******* wedding photographs within 12 weeks of the event date. Ive included the details of how our contract has been breached. Non-attendance by Contracted Photographer: ********* ****** did not attend our wedding.     I hired ********* ****** (*********) ****** of Wandering Stardust Collective (formerly, ********* ********* Artistry at the time of hire) as our wedding photographer. We booked her in October 2023 for our 12/1/24 wedding for 8 hours of coverage and 200 edited photos. We paid our initial deposit via Zelle as per her request of $1,500 and the $1,500 balance via credit card 30 days prior to our wedding. The morning of our wedding, she texted me claiming to have been in a car accident and would arrive 30 minutes late. She did arrive 30 minutes late and seemed to have taken the photos we requested. She promised sneak peeks within 48 hours and although it took a month and several follow **** we finally got our previews (about 40). A month later (February 2025), I found out via a bridal group on ********, that many other brides who used ********* had not gotten their photos from her as far back as June 2024. Since this came to light, she has taken down her website, changed her phone number and email (which is how her clients are to reach her as per her contract), and has shut down her business as per ****** all without letting her clients know, and even threatened to trash all of our photos. As per our contract, photos were to be delivered by 2/23/25. A few days before the due date, I emailed her and she said she was working on them and to text her on the 23rd the coordinate. On 2/23, I emailed and texted her and she emailed saying she was finishing up and would follow up once completed. Since then, I have followed up several times and have not heard back from her. We are 8 weeks past our contractual due date and have been ghosted by her and ********* has not communicated with us at all nor has she tried to remedy the issue. We want our wedding photos back as they are irreplaceable!

    I paid a $500 deposit to ********* ****** of Wandering Stardust Collective on May *******, to photograph my wedding on September 13 2025. On May 11 2025an article came out by the *************** talking about how 40+ couples have either not received their wedding photos, or she never showed up to the photo shoot. When I tried to contact ********* about this her phone number and email is no longer in service. On her instagram I have reached out to couples who said she didnt show up to their wedding after the article came out. I would like a refund of my money because this woman is clearly scamming her clients. And because of the article it is clear that her intentions are not genuine.
