I was promised a free two topping medium pizza from Domino's for completing 60 points for rewards. I redeemed my points, but the pizza costed $2 plus $4 delivery fee, that is $6. I got pepperoni and chicken as my two toppings. It did not warn me about exclusions and or extra money for certain meats. If it would say pepperoni or chicken would be more money I would be okay with it, but it did not. I have screen shots of the order and the rules. I did not want to buy, but I have an Autistic kid that did not want to hear that they where going to rip him off for $2. Free means free, if I have to pay than it is not free... I gave the location at 3400 Aramingo Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134 a 1 star review because that is where the order was fulfilled. To my surprise Domino's replied with... Opps we dropped the ball on that order and reimbursed me my 60 reward points. One week later I try to redeem the new 60 points at the 7325 Castor Ave Philadelphia, PA 19152-4204, but now it was charging me 50 cents. I thought they where kidding me, it is still not free. I go in person to have a manager help me find a solution to get a free 2 topping pizza as promise, but the manager said just pay the 50 cents. I asked the manager lend me the 50 cents I am poor. He said no. I then said so 50 cents is valuable to you indeed... I told the manager that I was not trying to be mean or anything. I was just trying to find a solution to not pay for a "free" pizza. When he did not give me a solution, I said this is deceptive, how many millions of 50 cents did Domino's pizza deposit to their bank accounts. The manager got defensive and then told me I can leave his store if I did not want to pay for the free pizza. I only wanted him to fix a wrong and his solution was to kick me out. So I left and I deleted my account. False advertisement and deceptive on unsuspecting consumers.
