    $28.50 was taking outta my account without my permission from this pizza store i order food it came cold and i didnt want it when i order online i choose the option yo pay cash on delivery i didnt want the pizza when it came so im assuming they was upset and still charged my card i called the store They told me to call my bank or come in the they was very very argumentative so i was scared to come in and before i take action with a lawyer over $28.50 its the principle why would yall go in put my number in and charge my account when i said i was paying cash

    Hello, when this customer order their food, they placed it through the online website and the customer choose to pay for it using their card ONLINE. When we received the order it was ALREADY paid for. When we went to deliver the food to the customer she declined it saying that it was cold. We gave her the option for us to remake the food for her but she insisted that she wanted a refund. Since the order was placed online we do not have a way of refunding it back to her original payment method that she chose to use while she placed the online order but we told her we could give her a cash refund and either our driver could bring it to her or she could come here to pick up the money. She did not choose the cash payment for the delivery because when we received the order it was already paid for through the payment method that she chose to use.

    Filas Pizza, Has terrible service and doesnt honor their obligations to the customers. Did not receive the order that I asked for and was refused to exchange it. Spoke face to face with the manager and he turned his back on me while talking to him. Filas refused to refund my money nor replace it. **** never order from them again and request help in receiving my refund. BBB, your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thank you ****************

    *** **** had came into the business very aggressive and unable to speak to. We do recall the matter and attempted to reimburse him as he assertively mentioned he was going to inform the bbb. As we were we are still willing to reimburse him for the food we never received  back . Our sincere apologies this is the first and hopefully the last time a situation like that occurs , we take pride and appreciate all of our costumers .
