    I have been going to Jazzi Cosmetic ******************************************* Medicine since January 2023 for TCA chemical peels, lip fillers and other procedures. I have invested well over $2000 in services with this company and currently under contract to pay $149 a month and to receive services every other month. During the consistency of almost a year of receiving services, I noticed to have a reaction and the services were darkening the areas and not working so I sent a text message informing the company about these issues which they explained it was my body moving the darker pigment to the forefront. After making them aware, the company decided to have me sign waivers about chemical peel treatments which I thought was strange because I didn't need to sign that type of waiver before nevertheless I continued my services being as though I was under contract. After working with all the nurses, as of recently I was assigned to a nurse name ***** who I shared information in confidence. I told her about past services I received on Groupon from other companies and ***** stated Groupon companies were questionable which I thought was initially strange being as though that's how I received my first service from Jazzi. As of recently Jazzi sent a promotion about receiving a $65 procedure called lipflip. I thought it was lip fillers. When I got to Jazzi for the procedure I found out it wasn't a lipfiller so I asked ***** if she could provide me time to research and she was extremely rude and rushed me into the procedure without proper knowledge. She even said she could service someone else. I asked was there a reason for her rudeness and she said "I'll go service another client" so being nervous and under pressure along with the contract I allowed ***** to poke my lips. ***** left blood dripping and did not offer to wipe them. I am requesting for full refund of the contract of services because I received no results of TCA chemical peels and early termination of contract and pressure from nurse.

    When discovering ****** was upset with the service at the appointment I immediately went to speak with her before she left the practice. I expressed sincere apologies for her experience, offered her a skincare gift, and expressed that she would never have to see that specific practitioner again. 
    Taking into consideration Autumn's experience as well as other factors we let this practitioner go from the practice. 
    After the appointment, ****** left a very negative review for the business. I personally reached out to her to speak on the phone, expressed how seriously we took her concern and sincerely apologized again for her experience. I let her know the practitioner was no longer working at the practice and we we would be open to resolving the issue however she sought fit including a refund for the last service. We provided and she will not be obligated to pay any more towards her membership which we will cancel. However, I did not say that we would give her a total refund for all services rendered. We consistently counseled Autumn on the mechanism of action and expected results regarding chemical peels. While the technique is proven science, there are no guarantees for how many treatments it will take to see full, expected results. 
    ****** also has a ****** review up under a false name that we asked her to take down considering that we released this practitioner who the review is mainly about. We would be willing to offer additional complimentary services if she is willing to take the review down and continue a positive relationship with the practice.
