    I attended at appointment on 9/7/2023 for Botox injections. The nurse who injected me was brand new and very nervous. An appointment that typically takes 15 minutes took exactly one hour. The nurse left the room multiple times during the appointment which was very strange and I questioned this behavior to the front desk after the appointment. 3 weeks later I noticed that the Botox injections did not work. I've been getting Botox for 10 years and never had this issue. I called and told them this and I asked to see the doctor in charge to fix the issue, rather than the nurse who initially injected me as she clearly diluted the product too much, or missed the muscle entirely. I was told the Dr. is only in twice a week and EVERY time I called to have him fix this issue, he was "busy". I was FINALLY able to get an appointment with the doctor today 11/29/23...or so I thought. I got a call 15 minutes prior and was told he couldn't see me. After my verbal disappointment, they changed their mind and told me he would see me. Well, I get to the appointment and they refused to let me see him. Instead, they came up with numerous excuses as to why the Botox didn't work and blamed me, rather than blaming the brand new nurse who injected me and either missed the muscle or diluted the product too much.I did not end up getting my Botox fixed as they refused to fix it. I spent $690.00 for Botox that did not work. They all admitted it didn't work, yet refused to fix it. This was not my first time coming here so needless to say this was very upsetting as I've spent a few thousand here in the past. To spend $690.00 on a product that blatantly did not work is not fair. They made a promise to fix it and later refused. They committed to providing me a working product that did not work. At this point, I would like to be refunded. I am extremely upset this happened to me as I've never had an issue like this before.
