    Everything was sorted out efficiently and we had a new dishwasher installed in a very reasonable amount of time. Things were scheduled, communicated and completed as promised with no issues.

She is very responsive, always follows up with the next steps, understanding of our concerns as tenants, and always follows through with what she says she will do next to help. ***** has taken multiple phone calls and always shows respect, understanding, and puts herself in our shoes to provide the most convenient solution. Anyone who is paired with ***** for a maintenance issue will be in good hands. Thank you!

    This is a Lovely Home. My tour guide ****** was a very nice man. He showed me the house the garage the patio and everything was beautiful. He asked questions and answered any questions that I had. Great experience. 5 out of 5. When I contacted the company they responded right away to me. Thank You.

Although my engagement with them spans just a few months, I have been thoroughly impressed by their service and dedication to perfection in every detail.     She was great answered all my questions. Even tho we loved the inside of the house it did not have suitable parking for our trailer. But she was very courteous and said she would keep a lookout for other properties that would meet our criteria!! Highly recommend her

    The worst property management management in philadelphia. Joe White (the owner) is the worst person i have ever dealt with during my entire professional career. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to deal with an ignorant odd erratic business owner.
