    Company definitely seems fraudulent. After submitting two applications and paying a $110 fee for both applications, I was denied and their reasoning was because of credit score and payment history. Even though their rental screening policy stated credit score would not be the sole reason an application is denied and also stated nothing about the use or consideration of payment history. How they conduct their application process seems unethical and fraudulent as it contradicts the policy stated on their website.

    Dear Donna, Our screening criteria is clearly outlined on our website and on the online application. Additionally, all our application fees are none refundable as stated on the application and on our website. I am sorry you did not meet our screen criteria and good luck with your rental search.

    I read the two reviews, and I do not understand how this happened! Skyline Property Management is the best building management we have ever had. We live at our current address for 3 1/2 years now and never had a problem with them. In the contrary - whatever issue we have had, and had to be taken care of, they always responded the same day and sent someone over the next. I am so grateful for having them! The companies affiliated with them, are great. All very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Plus Erica, who manages our rental, is super nice and always helpful!.
