  I have a contract with Slate Property Management since 2018 and their services started off one way, being organized and structured and have transcended into a company that I am having trouble getting in contact with now. No one at the agency answers the phones, emails, or text messages regarding the property. They simply collect my properties rent (if and when the tenants pay) and do not fight to retrieve my missed rent or truly manage the property properly. I have been having trouble reaching any of the staff that assist, or getting into communication with the owner. I went to the office where he rents out space and was able to talk to the landlord of the building and was informed that he is not paying rent there and he is looking to be evicted from the office space that he rents. I am not sure on how to go about terminating the contract from this property as I am having trouble even establishing minimal contact with this establishment and the staff members there. This seems like a fraud and scam as my tenants are paying rent and they are retrieving the 7% for commissions but are not truly managing the property in its totality.

  Unbelievably uncommunicative. Terrible at fixing their properties and letting their problems leak into and destroy local property. They never respond to anything and have changed their name 3 × to avoid complaints following them. This business should be shut down immediately and investigated. I wonder if it's a front For another shady business. They don't take care of their properties and they don't respond to anyone else whose property they are affecting. Please please please for the love of God look into this company. They should not be allowed to operate. They never answer their phone and they have 5 separate separate extensions within the 1st phone number and none of them reach a single person. All of them always go to voicemail. They don't answer their email either. Absolute scammers.

  Company lists rental properties that already leased. They let you visit the property and waste your time. They never pick up the phone when you call. They only respond to emails to let you know that the place is no longer available (despite STILL being listed). Check google reviews on the company for some horror stories by renters. If you are considering renting from them, beware.

  The owner and his employees are running a company based on fraud! They lie and say that properties are available to rent, collect the application fees and then minutes later they say oh sorry Nevermind! They are scamming everyone! They never respond to calls and only answer emails to tell you that they took your money and there’s nothing you can do about it! TERRIBLE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!
