    Date: 2/14/23 Amount Paid: $130 Service: Psychological evaluation specifically for a written assessment for documentation purposes for my child to return to school.Companies response: After being told an evaluation would be done and a written assessment would be provided once it was determined my child would need no further sessions, the written assessment was then not provided. Then I was told by a supervisor and therapist that a verbal assessment of the evaluation would be provided which was also not done. There was no written policy stating this could not be done by the company. I essentially paid for a service they did not provide and I was mislead. I requested a refund and was told that's against the policy. Even though the specific service requested was not done. I received NO form of an assessment for my child's 45 minute session. Which the intake person, therapist and supervisor said would be done weather it was written or verbal this was not provided to me or my Childs school in anyway. I was even made to sign an authorization for the written assessment to be shared with the school as well as an auth for the verbal assessment to be shared with the school which the supervisor asked me to sign and the proceeded not to provide this assessment. The supervisor in question offered apologies and no resolve also stating the staff would be notified of this policy which was not in writing going forward to prevent this from happening again which unfortunately does not help me in this situation
