      Raza properties were constructing a home adjacent to mine. One of their crew hit the side of my property several times, damaging the siding and causing internal damage too. This incident happened on 1/6/21. I spoke to the company owner who resolved to correct any damage they had caused but said the exterior siding could not be done until his project was complete. He confirmed his crew needed to be more careful, as the machines were very powerful. I have reached out to him a total of 12 times to fix/ repair the siding and back in December2021 he told me his crew were going out to fix it, but it was not done. The street continued to have several more construction projects, which inhibited the sale of my home and we have had renters living there for the past two years My home is now under contract and the inspector reported the damaged siding as a defect which must be repaired. I reached out to **** last week 7/10/24, with no response. He is clearly ignoring us at this point Now, the owner is expected to pay for the damage that ********** were responsible for?? This is very poor business behaviour, and inexcusable!!
