      I have a duplex that I purchased. I contacted **** for mentorship before I hired a contractor to rehab the property. **** told me has has a contracting company and that he can completed my project for me. Long story short, my mentorship went out the window, over five months I gave him over ****** for my rehab. **** stopped showing up in September. He never completed my rehab. The house heater and central air condensers that he installed did not work and they were used.. None of my house mechanics were finished. Now Im trying to figure out where do I go from here..

      RUN. Do not do business with Diamante Financing, Diamante Enterprises, BigBizzneessss or any of there many other LLCs. Danielle "nikki" ****** and Greg ****** scammed me out of 96k. She has stopped responding to messages. Do NOT do business or invest your money with her or her scamming husband. I paid 5k for a mentorship. She sold me a house for 23k that they bought for 5k I was told I was going to flip right out of it for 35k until she ghosted me. I also invested 15k into a flip still have not received my return of 18k its been well over a year. I also invested 50k in December 2022 into the renovation of another house that I just recently found out she owns and has a 30 yr mortgage on it and it was listed for sale January 2023 fully renovated. I was supposed to be receiving monthly payments for this investment i received 3 payments and got ghosted. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

      Looking at these reviews and realizing how Greg has scammed people out of their hard earned money. He has also done the same to me. I sent my deposit about 3 years ago. Got the run around and fake promises. Kept receiving messages that he'll call me back and wound not. He no longer answers my calls or messages. if anyone on here wants to connect and go to the local attorney's office to sue, please contact gparkerscam and this is to the local gmail account. this page won't let me put the email name together.

      Invested money with Greg about 3 years ago he has yet to pay out my money.
      Every time I ask him about this I get the run around and it’s not right. He even stop answering my calls when I call. Cecily has been giving me the run around since 2021. He is not to be trusted and his words mean nothing.

      I’ve done business with Park Unlimited for years. I started out investing. I started small and grew my money. After investing for about 3 years I then decided to purchase a home with the monies I made from investing over the years. I purchased a home in Cleveland in 2020 at the beginning of Covid-19 so yes things did slow down but it was slow everywhere. I continued to pay the taxes on my property and after two years I just decided to sale because I did not know when things would turn around with the affects of COVID and I was also suffering on other things that had nothing to do with my actual business with the property I had purchased thru Parker unlimited. I deceived to sale. I even reached out to Parker unlimited for the deed, no issues with that. I received it and was able to move forward with closing. I did the foot work myself sold my duplex within a month. I would do business again with Parker Unlimited. I have no complaints. This is an organization I’ve done business with for years and at one point I was short funds at closing and they offered sellers assist. Business is business.
