    I placed an order in August 2024. They sent me items that I didnt ask for and I didnt receive my full order. I emailed several times which was unsuccessful. In September 12 I received a phone call from their solutions team member saying they were sorry and the items I asked for where in stock and theyd send them missing item as well as the items I didnt receive. That was lip service I still havent received my items as the lady promised over the phone. The apology was BS because they didnt sent the items as promised.

    Using subpar and outdated products to fulfill highly discounted web offers Does not keep to promises made by customer service administrators upon calling to discuss shipment in question which happen to not be what was promised. I believe they have to cut their post COVID ******************************************************** simply throw away older product. Simply slapping an expiration date of "One year from date opened " is vitally misleading And unacceptable. I've been longsuffering with this business as the previous massage balms and oils have helped manage my chronic pain. A little would go a long way I therefore cannot tolerate anything less than their freshly manufactured massage skin products I have been promised a return label to return refuse products that was never received. I was also promised double products twice for outdated shelf product or for a product I didn't order nor want; this was also never received. This company had and may still have a good potential. I just don't see my patronage a part of it any longer ?? Concerned And Loyal Client *********, ** 9/5/24

    Never got my order which was placed over a month ago, I filed a claim with *** reporting an issue. When asking for further clarification from Yadain, they closed off the email thread. I've sent multiple emails and called without response regarding next steps OR refund. Very disappointing and unprofessional for a business like this one. If they can't handle issues like this, then they need to shut down for a bit and reevaluate. I hadn't had this issue with them before last month

    I never recieved my order, its been 2 months. I've had other orders prior with the same thing to almost happen after time has passed. This go round I spend over $150 and did not receive my products. Will be taking them to court.

    I ordered with this company back on Aug 30th and today is Oct 11th and I have yet to receive my product or money back. I have called, emailed and no response to either or, at this point I have chopped up my loose. They false advertise to get people to buy, but don't deliver and don't answer calls or emails giving explanations on orders or refunds.

    This have been the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not buy from them online EVER! I went back on their timeline and complaints about not receiving orders dated back to January 2022. Unacceptable. I keep getting broken promises, I keep calling, I keep commenting. You all know my order isnt coming. Please refund my money as soon as possible. The total amount. I tried to be patient I am worn out. I would have even accepted going in to the store in my area which is literally down the block from me. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

    I placed an order with this company on Aug 30th and today is Sep.15 and still no product. I have emailed them and called them and no response to either. My order was like $53.94, at this point I am out this money and I will never conduct business with them again. I have taken my business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!

    I placed an order with this company 7/22/22, never received a shipping email. I called only for them to tell me some of my items were missing (even though they are promoting an OVERSTOCK sale) they don't really have the items in stock. They shipped my order without my body washes and was told they would ship when they came in stock the following Monday. I have called, emailed, left voice messages, left comments on their IG and still no response. They do have great products but good luck trying to get those products shipped to you. You literally have to go searching for your own order and that's even if they answer the phone. It's over a month later and I'm still trying to either get my products or a refund!!!
