      I assume this is for the boots I recently ordered, as I also ordered gloves recently as well. In any case they both have been great! I would definitely recommend both products. the only thing that could be improved on teh alpine stars boot is the lacing system, it seems like that could easily be made more user friendly, more aesthetically pleasing and more efficient, and with how good the rest of the boots are, this part was actually pretty shocking. Still great boots!

      The transaction was seamless. The product was exactly what I expected. The delivery was as promised and within a reasonable amount of time. Communication from the source was good. Really, I couldnt have asked for anything better. The option of having the item delivered to the store was particularly helpful, as I could get the item at my convienence.

      The bill of the hat is bent. The cardboard inside of bill has a crease. The hat was on clearance but should have mentioned this. Thanks.
