      I recently got my first motorcycle and Cycle Gear was my first stop for gear. Their customer service is nice. The products have quality and you can find some really good deals if you keep checking their website every now and then. Have visited their location and website multiple times now. Return policy is good as well. Also learned about their Bike Night events. Everyone is welcome so looking forward to attending my first event with fam and friends.

      Ordered a pin lock for a helmet, pin lock arrived in a box that was to small for the pinlock, bending the pinlock in the opposite way it's supposed to go.... BUT!!!! CYCLE GEAR would make it right if I asked them... they're always good people and I wasn't to worried as I don't think it was in the box it long enough to do any damage and it sealed just fine on the helmet.

      I love the boots! The only gripe I have is the actual color of the boots looks nothing what I was expecting or what is advertised. Was expecting red boots but boots are more of a fluorescent orange. Nothing close to what I was expecting or wanted so Im going to exchange for black color. But still love the boots!

      Tires took longer to receive than expected but finally got tires and brought them into the local store and took 2 days to get tires done but bike rides great and I have no complaints

      It was great working with ***** to get my new jacket and pants. I'm a larger than average human and need garments that fit my length and broad shoulders. The Sedici items worked out perfect. I was able to pick up the pants at the store, and ***** ordered the matching jacket, and had it sent to my home. I finally got a chance to wear them last Tuesday on a 300 mile local ride. The gear was comfortable and protective. I used the ce armor for the hips from my old pants. ***** was sure to point out all of the armor options available at the store. He was very thorough in meeting my protective clothing needs.
