    ***** Sterner did a very bad job on are front Patio Door the door was broken by him he didnt know what he was doing are locks didnt work at all the whole door was uneven never locked i had to pay more money to another contractor because ***** never came back to finsh the job i called him serveral times he told me he was coming to fix the problem but never did he also did a very bad job wiring the carport for are patio front lights left my house a fire hazard in are home also broke the lights never replaced them or fixed them i had to scream at him to get him to come put the locks on are front door on easter sunday hes a liar thief and a fraud he shouldn`t even be in business iam asking for are ***** back

    I hired **** which is one of the owners who does siding and he was amazing and referee his brother Shane for interior damage I had. He was never in time, he didn’t complete what he was supposed to do. He painted and got paint in my door. He re sheet rocked that wall and the top were the wall meets the ceiling is cracking because he didn’t caulk it or the screws at the top. He got white paint in the grey he got grey paint in the trim. Paint all over my ceiling. He decided to “help” me change the color of my fireplace and only painted one side, he got paint in my table runner. I called to complain, he then scheduled two different dates to come out and fix the walls and never came or called. So unprofessional! He then proceeded to tell me I was trying to con him to do free work. He hung a piece of wood in my basement but I didn’t tell him not to charge me he should have told me I’ll do it for such amount. He also said he didn’t charge me to take my TV off the wall, how are you going to paint a wall with a TV, and thank god he took it down because I can imagine the paint that would be on it had he not taken it down. Horrible experience and I will be signing paperwork Monday with my lawyer. I’m currently taping my trim to do this job over again. I paid him $3,500.00 and he used my *********, and any supplies I had and also paint that I had. Originally I purchased the supplies to do it myself however whoever painted prior paints over wall paper and it was taking to long to peel off. I expressed all of this to him and he painted right over the wall paper as well and then told me his price didn’t include skim coating the wall I started to peel. I’ve never in my life met such bad business contractors as in the past two years. Again his brother **** does amazing work and any issues he took care of in a good time frame. Unfortunately he shares a name with his brother who I wouldn’t allow to paint my toenails!!! I could have definitely done a better job and now I have no choice

    This customer wanted me to go around her house and do things that weren't on the contract. Like other rooms and woodwork. Being nice, I did but when I drew the line she got mad. So I finished we did a walk thru, she paid me I left. If there was a problem with my work I would of went back and fixed it, but since it was never part of my job description she decided to complain to bbb instead. Wish I could of changed her mind
