5 starsDoes this sound to cheesy ???????????Excellent Roofing Service Highly Recommend!I had a fantastic experience with Franky and Union Roofing! From the very first phone call to the final inspection, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and provided a clear, honest estimate with no surprises.The crew arrived on time each day and worked efficiently and respectfully around our home. The quality of their work is outstandingour new roof and siding looks amazing and our neighbors cant stop complimenting how great the house looks. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward, leaving our yard spotless.Its rare these days to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but Union Roofing truly exceeded my expectations. 5 starsOutstanding work. Called for a repair and they arrived with in 30 minutes. Fixed my roof issue cleaned up and provided an outstanding price. 6 hrs later it rained for 4 hrs an I had no issues with my roof. 1 starThey came out quick to receive the money but the initial problem that we have is still leaking.They will not honor the warranty and will not respond to repeated phone ******** this point they are taking advantage of older people.Since my aunt doesn't know how to leave reviews I'm doing it for her.Shame on you!Review fromLEONARD C

1 starwas quoted a price of ******** on monday june 10th and told there woild no price hikes when job was done the next day. on tuesday june 11 the roofers at 7 ;00 am started the work and my wife was told we now needed a dumpster so the work could be compleated and that the cost would now ad $2,400.00 onto the total cost of the work.. We wentto morning mass, when we came back 30 minnutes later the almost empty dumpster almost hit us on our way up our street.I do not think this was a fair practice ido not know what can be done about it we feal like we were taken by union roofing.Watch out they lie to your face ,strip your roof and while your home is unprotected rob you!!!!!!!!!!.Review fromSarah H

In July of 2023, I called Union Roofing because I had a leak in my back bedroom. I called them because they repaired my roof about 10 to 15 years ago. The Representative came out the very next day and gave me a quote of $4,800.00. The workers came out the very next morning to complete the work. Another Representative came out telling me I needed an additional $3,750.00 worth of work done. I kind of felt I was being taken advantage of because my Public Adjuster warned me that this was going to happen because Union Roofing was good for giving you a quote and them telling you other repairs needed to be done. However feeling a little intimidated I trusted that if I got this work done that I wouldn't have a problem with my roof for some years. So I paid the $8,550.00. On Sunday, I notice a small bubble in my bedroom ceiling. The bubble got bigger as the day went by. I called Union Roofing and left a message. Later that afternoon the bubble busted and the corner of the ceiling came down and water leaking out. It's only been six months and I'm having this problem. I was expecting them to come out immediately. I sent a picture to both numbers that I received information from with no response. No one from Union Roofing has called me or responsed to my text. I now have damage to my bedroom that I just got repaired. Whose going to be responsible for repairing my ceiling? I'm so disappointed. Just like my Adjuster said, they took advantage of me.

Good Morning! You contacted us on 1/28/24 with the leak complaint. Upon looking into your address we came out on 2/1/2024 and addressed the frozen eave box (weather related not bad workmanship) - 2/1/24 was the earliest time that weather permitted us to come out to the property. Since 2/1/2024 you have not contact us regarding any other leak.Review fromJoseph L

5 stars3 weeks ago UNION ROOFING (Joe T*** supervisor), redid my back roof with new wood,insulation etc. as well as replacing a few new ceiling panels in my utility room under the new roof. They also added a mesh screen over my chimney on the main roof and installed new vents while making main roof repairs.
The crew consisted of Billy-the crew chief, Matt, Greg, Sean, Fransico, Tone and Timmy.
I thought they were very professional, answered my questions, respectful and good at their craft. They also did a nice job of cleaning up when they finished.
I was very pleased, so I used them again last week to put vinyl siding on my front of house roof soffit. Joe and Andrew did a nice job, it really looks good. Also the receptionists Michele and Kristen are very nice and easy to work with.
I will use UNION ROOFING for any future roofing jobs.

5 starsWhen I tell you, I had the best experience EVER, I'm not exaggerating. It[''s been great from the time Christine answered the phone till they were done. I couldn't be any happier and pleased with the entire process. You can tell they take pride in their work because I honestly didn't know what to expect. I highly recommend to any and everyone who's looking for roof services.
