I was materially lied to by the sales *** to get a sale. I asked very specific questions and walked through specific scenarios because I like to make an informed decision. The sales *** very clearly told me YES, YES YES! IT can do all of that AND BETTER! Fast forward after taking my money and doing the onboarding call with the "AI specialist/Expert" he told me "oh no. We can't do any of that" which is the opposite of what the sales *** said. They've since refused to issue a refund and im getting the run around. Stay far away.

I filled out a form online to get help with my companys follow up. The salesman sold me on the service but failed to mention all the other things I would need to buy to make the service actually work. I see this as a bait and switch sale. I cancelled immediately in the on boarding call and now they refuse to issues me my deposit back. I have not used there service one time. I did not finish the on boarding therefore service has not been rendered. I asked for my deposit back and they refuse to give it to me. I am reaching out here first before I take legal action against this company.

I signed up for a software company on July 11th. During onboarding there were multiple bugs in the software that prevented it from working correctly, which included the primary solution - Auto Responding to text messages. This software is intended to respond to leads automatically to book appointments for a business. After going through this initial process to learn and onboard the use of the software, we found that there were too many bugs and it does not work as intended and the reason for purchasing the service was not able to fulfilled. I sent an email on July 15th requesting to close the account and process a refund. The response was surprising. They insisted on having me continue to "test" their software and try using it until it works. I denied this as I am not here to "test" out someone's software. I intended on using it for the purposes provided, and on day 1, they were unable to deliver a finished product. Also, we have not used their software with any data including sending out a single message or import any leads. They did mention they were willing to fix and rectify the problems, but I am not willing to go through a "test" process and waste my time and money. After expressing my concerns, they continue to claim they have fulfilled their obligation and will not refund. I expressed to them that they will refund it, as they have not provided me with a software that was fully functional and I have not used their software at all. Since they have again denied, I submitted a chargeback request for the transaction.

We purchased and hired WooSender back in Dec of 2023 as a supplement for our business. We paid the company $20,000 after listening to a sales pitch where we addressed all concerns. We specifically asked about the software and its ability to integrate with our CRM software ServiceTitan, they assured us absolutely they can with no additional information provided, we cover different campaigns and all the micro details, so we thought. We were told the onboarding is a quick seven day process and you are good to go. Once we signed, everything changed. The individual that was conducting our onboarding stated it was going to take 30 days to get up and going, we needed to purchase multiple domains and emails to make this work, that was an expense we were unaware of, and also we needed to complete these task on our own, no one was there to assist us. After we purchased the additional domains and emails, we then get handed off to a contractor who does not work for WooSender and he had no clue how to get use integrated with ServiceTitan, to the extent he was reading a how to manual during our meeting. Come to find out, you have to be on Servicetitan's highest tier package, which we were not, and this information was NOT told to us, and the additional cost for something like that would be $25,000/yr to allow Zapier to use Woosender to integrate to Servicetitan. I advised, this was never disclosed, we will cancel, remind you they still had'nt got us set up, even after 45 days now, and once I said that, I cannot get the company to respond to my emails or provide us our refund of $20,000, or communicate anything. This will be our last stop, next stop is filing a lawsuit if this doesn't get resolved!!!

    1. Failure to Deliver Promised AI Capabilities: WooSender heavily marketed their service as a conversational AI tool. However, the reality was starkly different. The platform functioned more like a basic rule-based chatbot, significantly lacking the sophisticated, human-like conversation capabilities we were led to expect. This discrepancy between their advertising and the actual product amounts to false marketing. 2. Misleading Conduct in Processing of Refund: On November 17th, *** from WooSender wrote, "I have escalated your refund request to the billing department along with my audit. Please provide us with either bank wire details or ****** account information as we are not able to issue refunds directly back to credit cards." This communication led us to believe a full $7,000 refund was being processed. However, this expectation was later contradicted by their offer of only a $2,000 refund, a stark deviation from what we were led to anticipate. 3. Financial and Operational Impact: The inefficiencies and limitations of WooSender's platform resulted in substantial financial and operational setbacks for our company. Our significant investment in time and resources to integrate their system, expecting it to enhance efficiency and increase conversions, turned counterproductive. The platform's inadequacies led to damaged leads and eroded the trust of potential clients. 4. Partial Refund and Demand for Full Resolution: We received a partial refund of $2,000. However, this amount does not cover the total $5,000 initially paid for the setup and the first month's services. Considering the extensive misrepresentation by WooSender and the consequential negative impact on our business, a complete refund of the remaining $5,000 is both justified and imperative. The deceptive practices of WooSender have had a severe negative impact on our business operations and trust. A full refund of the remaining $5,000 is essential to resolve this matter satisfactorily.
