    I spoke with the owner directly to get a sign made for the church, he went and took measurements and called me back with a price which I thought was a little pricey however; i processed because I don't have the time to shop around. A deposit was required which is understandable, no time frame was giving as to when the design team would contact me. After 3 days of the deposit I called the owner to see when would I get a sketch of the design , but he was unreachable. His son contacts me stating that it would take 3-5 business days before the design team would reach out, he stated that he would send me an email with a sketch at the end of day but I never received one. It wasn't until 10/26/22 that Elvis from the design team gave me a call, an $800.deposit was made on 10/18/22. After going back and forth with Elvis who was very sarcastic (whom I had to send pictures of what I wanted) finally got the design correct and approved on 11/02/22. On 11/09/22 Elvis call me only to say that the workers was outside of the property installing the sign and they needed access. I didn't get a courtesy call as to when they were coming out, I was at work and couldn't leave, I had to make phone calls for someone to let them inside the building after installing the sign the worker stated that they had to come back because they needed a wire to the electricity. The owner quickly calls me requesting the balance of $700, I told him that the workers said they had to return to install the missing wire, he said he was not aware of that situation and would have to verify and contact me back which never did. On 11/10/22 Elvis contacts me saying that they do not do electricity and I would have to figure it out on my own. So now I'm stuck with a sign that don't lite up and have to hire someone else to finish KING OF SIGNS work.
