      I recently discovered that their second location 3140 Willits Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19136 where I opened my membership has been closed without any prior notice. I had paid $1,200 for 12 facial treatments and $850 for a 10-session *********** therapy package at that location. When I contacted them, I was informed that I could visit your Philadelphia location instead. However, this option is not convenient for me due to the distance and the additional expenses associated with parking. Considering my current circumstances, it is not feasible for me to travel three hours back and forth for each appointment. I appreciate that they are willing to offer products in exchange for the remaining balance, but I am disappointed that they are refusing to provide the full value of the remaining balance of $855. I believe it is unfair for me to bear the consequences of the closure of the location where I originally signed up for the membership. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request that them either refund me the remaining balance of $855 or provide me with products of equivalent value. I believe this would be a fair resolution considering the inconvenience caused by the closure and the impracticality of visiting the alternative location. I value the services and products the salon provides, and I hope we can reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. I look forward to your prompt response and appreciate your attention to this matter.
