    Hello I have ******** *********. Went to spy for a lymphatic massage. Upon leaving paid $60 cash for treatment. Offered 5 additional treatments for $250. Pay for the treatments for my debit card and went home. Unrelated the next day was going to work got on the escalator with a carpet rug on the top of the escalator ended up falling in the hospital and rehab center. Now completely disabled forced them to early retirement then a hostage in my home for over a year. Call despite and talk to miss ******. And was informed I would receive a refund check of $200 and I still have not received it no one will concern in the money and I just would like a refund of my $250 but I will Settle for the $200. Please Help me in this matter Thank You

    Hello, yes we were aware about **************** desire of getting his money back and we had no problem returning his money, like we told him, we do refunds with checks so we can have proof that we actually returned the money to the customer, he told us that he is disabled and he cant move and go to our office so we ask him if he can asked any friend or family member if they can pick up the check for him and he said no, so we agreed on sending him the check via mail but it seems like the check got lost and he never received it. If he can get someone to come to our office and pick up the check for him we have no problem in returning his money.
