    I ordered a supposed to be signed ***** baseball. The picture and description were TOTALLY different than what we received. It had a signature that didnt even look the same above a ball that hand ***** wrote Im under the signature. I asked the seller to make it right. Begged him! He would not. I shipped the ball back, and he still will be refund. He shipped the ball in zero protection just thrown into an envelope. I shipped back professionally in a box. He was extremely rude and just an awful businessman. I need me refund and I need it now! He has the back in his hands!

    Dear Sir, 

    **** ***** bought a baseball from my **** store.  She did not like the product and demanded I send her another one.  I did not have any others, so I told her I could fully refund her if she sends the ball back.  She refused until she received refund.  ****'s rules state items must be sent back, then refund is issued.  She was rude and impatient, one of the worst buyers I've ever encountered.  Once she called **** and they reiterated she must send ball back first.  She obliged.  I immediately refunded her when I got the ball back.  This is absurd that she contacted you people about this.  Please remove this complaint from my record.
