    I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH SUN TAN CITY. THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME SINCE NOV 16TH 2021 ($71.49 A MONTH) FOR A TOTAL OF $1265.42. I TRY TO LOOK UP INFORMATION AND I HAVE NO ACCT (SEE ATTCHED)I TRY TO CONTACT THE BUSINESS AND THERE IS NO NUMBER I WANT A REFUND. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THESE CHARGES. I FEEL LIKE THE EMPLOYEES ARE EITHER SETTING UP ACCOUNTS FOR BONUSES OR HAVING ME PAY FOR THEIR FRIENDS. I DONT KNOW. I UNDERSTAND THAT I DIDNT NOTICE RIGHT AWAY (AND THAT IS MY MISTAKE), I WOULD LIKE ASSISTANCE GETTING THIS RECTIFIED, PLEASE! I HAVE SHUT DOWN MY CC NOTIFIED THE BANK OF FRAUD

    The client signed up for her membership on 1/4/2022 and was able to successfully cancel through her online account on 4/4/2023. Our memberships are open-ended, meaning that if you wish to stop the automatic drafts and no longer use the services, a cancellation must be conducted either in the salon or through an online account. Reviewing the client's tanning history, she has not used the services in some time. As a courtesy, we have refunded up to 1 year of her unused services per our 1-year policy. The refund in total is $857.88. The client will not be billed further. As for the charges she attached to the submitted complaint, these are prom previous packages/products purchased, and the sign-up cost she paid when she joined in January 2022. The products/packages/membership were used for these purchases, and we will not be moving forward with a refund for these.
