      Requested a refund ax audit and paid a retainer on August 27. Services were never rendered.

      On September 1, 2021, I paid $850 to this LLC for tax services. We were in communication a few weeks prior discussing the details, and what services would be provided. I sent the money after we came to an agreement of what services I would receive and how much it would be I paid in full through ***** and we continued to have back-and-forth emails sending my tax information. Communication was becoming less and less and I wasn't having any updates on my services. I tried to get in contact to get updates on win I would receive my services but eventually they stopped responding to my emails and my calls essentially I just gave them $850 to do my taxes and they stopped communicating with me after I sent the money and all the necessary information for filing my taxes.

      Tax accountant . Non responsive. Has all my 2020 taxes done and no response to get information. Should have filed a 2021 extension. No response..they have all my personal information and tax information. I have reached out to them by phone, email and no response . I had prepared 2020 myself and sent it to them to review and file. They made corrections but I never received a confirmation or signed the completed documents. We were preparing 2021 and the accountants stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I need to know where my prepared 2020 is and want to find another accountant. I'm in limbo or I have to start over on 2020 filing with possible penalties. They have all my private info, so on top of the late filing I'm worried about fraud or identity theft.
