    At 7am and 3pm a driver picks up and drops off a child going to and from school, Monday through Friday. Every morning at 7am, the driver honks the unnecessarily loud horn and we've repeatedly asked him not to.--- ******. Prohibited Conduct. (14) Sound Emanating From a Motor Vehicle. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in subsection (7) ("Sound Created in the Right-of-Way"), no person shall create or cause, or permit the creation of, sound emanating from a motor vehicle, at a level of five decibels above background level measured from a distance of 25 or more feet.---I finally was able to figure out what company it is because the vehicle is missing the required identifiable information, *******. Commercial Vehicles to Display Name, Address and Telephone Number of Owner. (1) The term Commercial Vehicle shall mean any vehicle used, constructed or equipped for the transportation of goods, wares, merchandise, tools or equipment in trade, commerce, repair or service work. (2) Every commercial vehicle operating on the streets of the City shall at all times display permanently on both sides of the commercial vehicle in letters and numerals not less than three inches in height the name and address of the owner, and the type of business for which the vehicle is used. The name, address and telephone number of the owner and the type of business for which the Commercial Vehicle is used shall be printed on the vehicle or contained on signs affixed to the vehicle.---After Googling the telephone number and finding out the vehicle is part of the Germantown Cab fleet, I used the email address for complaints provided on the website, ***************************************** however, that email came back as 'address not found 550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.' I attempted to call the company, but no one picked up the phone in the span of 45 minutes, from 2:45pm-3:30pm.

    My child who has special needs transportation route for school is assigned to Germantown cab. We live in ************ my child attends school in ** its about an hour each way. Germantown cab is constantly late if they arrive at all. On multiple occasions my child has missed school due to no show transportation. When these incidents are reported to Germantown cab the call gets passed around from person to person I am sometimes placed on hold for 30 minutes or longer just to be informed my child will be picked up within the next two hours. By this time its already 10am. The end result is a no show Cab. Germantown cab is very unprofessional. The vehicles are always broken down and very poorly maintained. Customers should be shown respect and be treated fairly. Employees of Germantown cab would not want their family to be treated as such.
