    I paid 600 dollars for two concert tickets. This was the going rate. I have used this app many times and spent thousands of dollars on tickets. The seats have always been as promised. These seats were obstructed and the sound was awful. I filed a complaint and even sent a picture. They offered a 20 dollar stipend. Insulting

    I went to purchase tickets last night to a concert on the website. I got a message saying tickets were already sold and order did not go through. So I ordered another set. Went to pull up email to get to seats. I realized I had confirmation on order it said didn't go through as well as the ones that did. I immediately contacted support which is only available via chat on line to try and get help. After an extremely frustrating conversation with a customer service representative that basically could not do anything to help me. She tells me she will get a manager to call after asking many times. She then tells me none are available. I explained to her I was going in to concert and wouldn't be able to answer if the didn't call now . She says no worries I can call back if unavailable. I then proceed to try and open tickets. I have to try and open tickets 4 times to get any of the tickets to open at all. The set that said was already sold when we tried to purchase and then, in fact never opened at all. So I am thinking ok there is something going on with website for sure. I do get a call and a voicemail. In the morning I return the call first thing. In hopes to talk to someone to help resolve the issue. I get another none manager answering the call. When I ask for a manager. She says none available again to me and informs me she can't help me. I get back on chat again request a manager and get disconnected from chat and it conveniently says I ended chat. Which I did not. Then try chat again. Again ask to escalate me I want a manager. She tells me I will be contacted soon. I was made a priority. Yet I have not received a call. It's been 12 hours today. No call. No help. No emails. No contact. 24 hours since this has happened. I have been charged for 2 sets of tickets. When I should have only been charged for one. Have had absolutely terrible customer service. This was my first ever transaction with your company and it's an awful experience. I want help and resolution.
