      I had pulled over to a gas station in need of an entirely new tire. The security there was kind enough to call up KING DW for me. KING's ability to supply a new tire ASAP is what led me to go with their service & as such I waited for their vehicle to arrive in '20 minutes'. I proceeded to wait 45 minutes until their eventual arrival. I'm anxious as I'm running behind/long day at work, when the individual servicing my vehicle alerts me they brought the incorrect tire, 55 instead of 65. The servicer states the person talking on the phone said the incorrect number through their mask - I'm wearing a mask but didn't talk on the phone & security indeed said 65. I make mention of this - matter of fact calling it down the middle - and say it again as I'm uncertain the servicer could hear me with us both outside & I'm speaking through a mask. This doesn't go over well as the servicer is noticeably irritated by my review of the situation. They rightfully call me out on not being appreciative of their time/service. I understand how it comes across & attempt to apologize for my candor, but it's too late & the servicer goes off on me. About my 'lack of integrity - the quality of being honest (*which I was*) & having strong moral principles - my wearing a mask around them (which I wear it all day at work) & that they won't accept my money -- they only accept cash (not aware of this from the outset). There's a person next to me with a flat & the servicer yells out loud that they'll (out of spite) change the other person's tire for free all while ignoring my repeat attempts to apologize for my behavior. I'll respect their decision to ignore me & not reach out privately to discuss the matter. To reiterate they were right to be upset by my attitude, I acknowledge my mistake wholeheartedly. But their attitude * in THAT moment* & how they reacted was a sign of poor character. I wish them well & understand we all have our days. Two stars for showing up (late) but overall bad experience.
